The bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable, well designed and desk space ample. Breakfast ok but a nice spacious room for it. Despite initial problems, certain staff members tried hard to compensate.

I knew that oorburg is more or less a suburb of The Hague and if you don't want to take the car into The Hague, this is the ideal place to stay. The hotel has an underground car park and you can get a bus or train into the centre of The Hague or a train to Amsterdam and other places, for example.

The Netherlands is not as welcoming as it used to be.
The Netherlands is not as welcoming as it used to be. You will need lots of cash. Many vendors claim to accept plastic cards but you never know until you present your card whether it will be accepted. Credit cards often declined and our Euro account debit card was declined on many occasions, " It costs us money so we don't accept them"
Transport is no longer integrated - you will have to pay separately for trains/trams and others - becomes expensive.
Final straw was being asked to pay 50 cents to use a toilet in the restaurant where we were having lunch. Goodbye - we will not return

Voorburg is a quiet very attractive town well kept on a scenic river. It is convenient for the Hague being only one stop away on the main line train every half an hour.It stretches out further than you first think and there are also two tram stops that link up with the very good tram system around the Hague.and further afield. It is however quite easy to get lost if you get off at one of these tram stops and dont know where you are as they are some way apart.
The hotel is charming and the room extremely comfortable. All staff were great. "normal" breakfast was nice and it was more than enough for us. The bed was super comfortable and also the restaurant was really nice (they recently got 1 Michelin star). Location is not in the city centre but easy accessible by bus or train. Also there are nice café, bars, restaurants and parks in the neighbourhood
Central Park is a wonderful place. The classic house is really beautiful, as was our room. Beds are of the highest quality. Breakfast was great, on the terrace overlooking the park, and the waitress was absolutely superfriendly. Although there is an elevator, there are some stairs to be climbed in some cases but nothing too bad.
We had a great stay at HaagsHuisje! Appartment was so clean and welcoming, we felt like at home. Everything was well though of such as toiletries in the bathroom, delicious coffee/tea, kitchen was well stocked, beds super comfortable. A big plus was also the location right next to the train station, neighborhood was very quiet.
The location is good, not exactly in the city centre but centre is still only 5 minutes away by train which stops just outside the hotel. The rooms are spacious and the restaurant is very nice. Convenient hotel parking is available at a charge (slightly more expensive than advertised on booking.com
I like this hotel quite a bit, it is modern and clean and the facilities within the room are excellent. I have already reviewed it before, and my comments do not change, it is a great place when I visit Den Haag and I hope that if it changes it does so for the better.
Very nice, modern and clean hotel ! The staff was very friendly. Our room was warm and cosy. We had the best vacation at your hotel ! Thank you!❤️
P.S : Big ❤️ for Bella ( housekeeping &cleaning team)… she took care for my 11 years old girl‘s wishes.
I enjoyed the classic fancy mixed style of this hotel. Staff was welcoming but not attentive enough so I got the wrong breakfast order and almost late for work. Other than that it was such an experience staying in the central park of Voorburg.
Central Park is a lovely, peaceful small hotel. The staff was outstanding! The restaurant deserves its Michelin star. Chef came out and explained his dishes and made it a personal experience. The rooms are spotless with very comfortable beds.
staff really helpful and friendly. Bed super comfy and loved the spacious bathroom and bedroom with seating area and desk. Really nice bikes to borrow also. And finally the hotel is in a beautiful setting with lovely views from the rooms.
The hotel is set in beautiful parkland, and is ideally located for visiting the tourist sites of South Holland. The rooms were clean, stylish and comfortable. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and very professional.
Beautiful hotel and room.only 3 minute walk to town and restaurants. Hotel was 5 star and restaurant very nice but expensive. We liked it so much wished we had stayed an extra day or two.easy drive to Delft and The Hague.
Very clean. Nice kitchen. Lovely lounge. Good rain shower. 10 minute walk to the station at Laan van Noi for trains and trams. Also 25 minute walk to the old town of Voorburg which is well worth a visit.
Everything! The room was very spacious and clean.
Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good.
