The location is fantastic near the airport but a good enough distance to have some quiet time away from the airport traffic and noise. It is a walk away from the Hordroft train and bus station, making it accessible to Amsterdam 24/7. I love the how clean and green environment friendly of the hotel, but the number one bonus is the attentive staff and housekeeping. The two Filipino staff members taught us how to get to the train station and use public transportation around the hotel. This information helped us navigate our trip to Amsterdam. There is also a convenience store inside that sells snacks, candies, and drinks for the guests to use, and it is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel. The service is up and beyond, the hotel is clean, and the location is convenient.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they called a restaurant that sent a car for us. The breakfast was very good, plenty of choices. Allaspects of the hotel were very neat and clean,

Close to Airport/train station, thus easy to get to and from the airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
It was cancelled. All travel into the EU blocked and yet I was charged the full 100% cancellation fee. It's really poor that I could not even be given the opportunity to reschedule my stay to when this chaos is over. Between Bookings and Nieuw-Vennep, they have given a very bitter taste in the mouth due to their inflexibility at this time when it comes to applying thier cancellation policies.

I went to Nieuw-Vennep for work reasons. It is a quiet, residential town away from the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam. It's very relaxing there. The only negative is the Church bell which rings every half hour (even during the night!). The locals are used to this but for visitors it is a little hard to get used to. Other than that, I found my stay there very enjoyable.
Property is well maintained with helpful staff. Check-in was smooth, staff was courteous and explained everything in detail. Staff also guided us properly on public travel mode, visiting attractions, etc. Bar is also well stocked with good beer and wine availability and very cordial servers. Hotel is located in a very good surrounding with a mall and a superstore nearby.

helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant was exceptional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. And all within 30mins of a train ride and walk from Schiphol! They seemed to have dealt with some
people complaining about the heat of the rooms with AC. I highly recommend it!
Quirky hotel , was fine for a one night business trip , heating in rooms i felt was average as temperature controller didn't seem to be indicative of the temperature selected , was warmer in the hall out of the room than in it ! Restautant staff very helpful and pleasant .
Clean and confortable hotel near to city center and good conection to Schipol Airport through the Sprinter train. The Nieuw Vennep train station is 10 minutes walk away. Breakfast was ok, with fresh orange juice available (big plus from me). Nice and helpful staff.
