The food was excellent and the rooms were comfortable and well arranged. The views of Kinderdijk were great and the hosts were very pleasant. The 300 year old farmhouse is a very long way from town. The bus service doesn’t run on weekends. Nobody knew this. Our host came to the metro stop to drive us to their home. The next day he drive us all the way into Rotterdam to the cruise ship drop off. It was very good of him and we really appreciated it!

The room was perfect and the restaurant delicious. It is great that there is a reading table in the restaurant for people alone to eat at and not feel uncomfortable - brilliant idea! The staff were wonderful and I will be back on a regular basis with work.

the room was amazing big with a good view to the lake, the bed was really comfy and good. the tub was the best one we have had so far in a hotel, the bathroom in general was amazing. vendor machines with everything you could end up needing for a hotel stay was good, water, shoe polish etc.

Beautiful design and amazing breakfast at a top location.
Close to Rotterdam but not in the city so you have a lot of nature around and the hotel Is really in a peacefull place. Staff Is gentle and someone is always available. The room 204 is really big and bed was confortable and very large. Toilet was clean and confortable too. The hotel has a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is really good with very quality products. We had there 2 dinner and the quality of food is very high and prices are good too. We Will sure come back again.
Great location on the main street, so very easy to find, and a secure shed to store our bikes. We had a very good meal in the hotel restaurant and breakfast was also good, with a good choice of bread, cold cuts, eggs, fruit etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is undergoing renovations, which are much needed. It was beginning to look rather 'tatty', and a bit smelly even.
On the plus side, the garden is rather nice, and especially in the summer it's lovely. Additionally, the staff is great, very friendly.
This is a fabulous property with every detail absolutely perfect. The garden setting is gorgeous and the family so kind and generous. Lekkerkerk is charming and just a short drive to Kinderdijk!
