Easy to find, plenty of parking. Nice reception, large room with huge comfortable bed. Coffee and tea making facilities and massive TV. Excellent shower. Heating/cooling worked well. Breakfast was great choice and plentiful. Staff were all friendly and helpful

It's decent. Cozy little house, it has all the facilities you need for a quick night or two. It might be a bit too small for a longer stay. One or two nights is okay. Its about 12 minutes from Alkmaar. In the summer it would be a great place to crash in.
We didn't meet the hosts. It's kinda like self check-in. The door was open, and keys were inside.

Immediately along the bicycle trail through Alkmaar. Close to the Cheese Market /Museum and multiple other restaurants and shops . Relatively secure parking in the open parking garage with locked front gate . Make sure to bring your own heavy duty locks . Reception was friendly and helpful . Room 325 was spacious, bright and clean . Bathroom had great soaking bathtub and was clean with toiletries. Large elevator was available.
Breakfast was a bit pricey but had quite a few hot and cold choices .

A great place to stay. It's a bit out of the way from Alkmaar or the local town, but that's what is nice about it. The hotel & restaurant are lovely. The menu is fantastic and the room was decorated nicely. I didn't catch the staff members name, but the chap who asked the kitchen to stay open for us, and ordered us a taxi in the morning was a gent, and all members of staff were polite and helpful.
we arrived quite late and this was no problem at all to the hotel. the room was very nice and clean. The hotel had a glamorous feel, with a gorgeous lobby area and restaurant. The food was excellent, staff very helpful and friendly.
The hotel is very easy to get to, being close to the main road and train station and the big shopping mall.
The last day breakfast that was delivered to my room since I was leaving 5 o'clock, and the vegan meals I had in the evening were excellent- The room was spacy and I got new towels all the time. All staff were very nice, the hotel was closed to my work.
