The facility refused to honor the agreement to give me a room.Theybl said my room was still occupied and insisted I pay for the only available at which was way higher than my budget.They refused to listen to the fact that they sent a confirmation for my room but the owner was very reluctant to even consider the fact that he had an obligation to respect the contract insisting that since I hadn't yet paid for it he doesn't have to respect it inspite of the fact that I had a card that was attached to my account for payment and they were the ones that preferred payment on check in.There was serious commotion at that facility with another client shouting and complaining of a similar treatment and the owner of the propertyVIOLENTLY THREATENING A WOMAN..THIS IS THE FIRST AND WORST EXPERIENCE WITH BOOKING.COM.THIS FACILITY SHOULD NOT BE ON YOUR PLATFORM.REALLY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
