I don’t want to hear one bad review about this place. I have not one bad thing to say. The staff goes above and beyond, they are kind, friendly and very helpful. The rooms are so clean, the property is being constantly maintained. The beach is not the best, not very swimmable (there’s manmade sand bars in them for protection I presume), but that isn’t their fault it’s the location. Around the bend the waters are just different. Do your research if you want clear turquoise, it’s a different area. But the sand is well maintained and laying on the beach is still beautiful. They are serious about the adult pools, they will kick out anyone who isn’t of age. Which I actually appreciate even though I went with my teens. Is the food top tier? Not really but if you stick to Mexican it’s delicious. They are trying to satisfy tastes from all over the world. So be respectful and open minded and find something you like. Make your reservations for dinner as soon as you arrive or you will be eating buffet every night (which I didn’t mind). Overall I’m super happy with the time we spent there. Wendy was ace in helping us set up excursions. And Freddy didn’t even hesitate when we booked the wrong building away from our friends, to get us to the right spot. Great people. Great time.

I got double charge, and I talked to the receptionist and he did not help me get my money back, he did wherever he wanted and did not yelp me, and this morning I talked to a different person and he said he was going to help and still nothing. My money was not refunded.

Spacious, cozy, clean room that is exactly as described. 3 minutes walk to the beach, quiet (except when the restaurant is open and has loud music but they stop at 10 pm so it's not an issue). I want to specifically mention the stuff: Jorge and Walter who were very helpful and accommodating to all our needs.

This is a new property. The room was comfortable, clean, modern, and had cute boho decor! The shower had strong water pressure and nice hot water! The a/c worked well. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Located just 5 mins from the beach and right next door to several cafes and small restaurants. Would definitely stay again!!

This property has an excellent location. It is steps to the beach and there is a beach club right in front. It was very spacious as well. It is walking distance to many great restaurants. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating.
