- Modern bathroom with a sufficient amount of hooks and shelves. The ventilation in the bathroom was surprisingly good which is rare in Montenegro, hence, there was no humidity in the morning. Hot water was always available.
- Great location: Tara Bridge and Durmitor park both in 20 min drive from there.
- No scam and extra charges for parking or whatsoever else like in other places in Montenegro where I stayed. All I paid was strictly as on the Booking: room with breakfast + city tax.

The location is excellent and there is parking space in front of the hotel. The staff’s level of English is great and everyone is very friendly. The breakfast buffet is small in size but has many different produce. The wifi works perfectly.

The host, Elena, she was very friendly and helpful. She advised us the route and places to visit depending on the wether conditions. Breakfast was amazing with homemade bread and jam (she always asked what would you like for breakfast and changed the menu). The apartment was also lovely and comfortable. The town is just a starting point for all sort of adventures, there's nothing to say about it - just hotels and restaurants, but the Black Lake is within a walking distance, and lots of other beautiful places are around.

There are plenty of options around for all kinds of levels. Be advised that crossing the national park from Sedlo to Žabljak over Bobotov Kuk is harder than what it seems on paper! That was my first hike there and I completed it but was really tired afterwards and did finish in the dark. The face of Bobotov Kuk that is in the direction of Žabljak is made of loosse rock and is quite steep. Bear that in mind.
Card acceptance is half and half, so bring enough cash just in case.
3 hiking routes recommendations:
1) Bobotov Kuk (choose based on your level and experience, and START EARLY!)
2) Chill stroll around the lakes (Black, Green and Brown) to let the legs rest
3) Planinica hike, beautiful views according to reviews (I had to turn back halfway due to rain, again, START EARLY).

The environment in Zabljak is overwelming.
The environment in Zabljak is overwelming. The mountains are stunning and beautiful. It’s great to walk/hike (bring sturdy shoes), but we also liked the rafting on Tara river very much. Expect no big rapids in summer, but it was a tremendous beautiful trip through the canyon. We loved it!

Zabliak is beautifully situated right next to the Durmitor National Park which is the main attraction - and to be honest - the only attraction. The place is not particularly beautiful and the many construction sites do not give reason to expect that it will soon become more beautiful. There are some restaurants that have adapted to the tourists, i.e. moderate service and comparatively high prices. The place markets itself as a hiker's paradise, but offers only comparatively few hiking trails. A big annoyance are the quads that drive around everywhere, even in the national park and can negatively affect the hiking holiday in the long term.
The Durmitor National Park is very beautiful and the drive on the Durmitor Ring scenic road is highly recommended.
Dijana’s apartment is located in a spectacular mountain area in Žabljak where is quiet and peaceful with fantastic view. If you like nature, this is the best location for people who want to relax and enjoy the environment. You can drive to center of Žabljak within 15 minutes then you can find supermarket like Voli and good restaurant like Podgora. Besides, the host Dijana is very helpful and kind while they can prepare tasty local meals for guests for reasonable prices.

Everything was very nice. Perfect quiet location close to nature, 5 min drive to Durmitor, Zabljak. Hosts are super friendly even made for us priganice, yummy delicious local dessert with honey and home-made jam. We also enjoyed sitting in the yard and swinging in the hammock. Accommodation is nice with comfortable beds, fresh bed sheets and towels, have everything for cooking and awesome stay. Never slept better :). Thank you for your warm hospitality, dear hosts
Really great place for the price - nice hospitable owners, a little bit off the city but thanks to this the place is more quiet (whole Zabljak is really quiet area tho), nice place to chill next to the house. It is rather simple accommodation but considering the cost it is great for a night or two. Also we ordered the breakfast - load of Montenegros specialities and a lil bit of Rakija is also included :) Definitely would recommend for a short stay
New apartment that has a spacious, modern, clean and simple interior. We really liked it and it was very comfortable to stay here. The location is really good: easy to reach and in walking distance from Žabljak center where you can find all necessities (supermarket, tourist info, bars, restaurants, ATM). Also, you can park your car in front of the accommodation for free. Black Lake and Durmitor National Park can easily be reached from here.
The location of the house is amazing with a beautiful view to Durmitor and it is so quiet. We loved the house with all the nice touches and good beds. Every night we enjoyed the starry nights.
It is close to Zabljak if you need a supermarket.
And a special remark about the owners. They are the most friendly people. Their welcome with fresh fruit was heart warming.

The apartment is very nice and comfortable for 5 people. The house is well built, very pleasant to stay and it has all utilities you need. Everything is clean and the host is very kind, always available if you need any help. There is a lot of space around where you can spend time, grill or eat outside. The village is beautiful and scenery is exceptional. I would kindly recommend this property to anyone visiting Zabljak.
This is a big house located in quiet part of the Žabljak. Hosts were kind and welcome, meet us near property at the evening, shown everything and suggested weekend activities. Place was quiet and clean, also it is a good restaurant few meters away. There are a lot of space in house for two families. Crno Jezero a beautiful gem of the Montenegro Durmitor just about 1km away and can be reached without car in half a hour.
The cottages are located just outside the town of Zabljak (reachable by car in 5 mins). The owner, Gordana, lives on the premises, she is always helpful, providing you with anything you need. She even washed our dishes after breakfast in her own dishwasher so we do not have to do it in the sink. The cottage itself is tiny, but very clean and has everything necessary for a few days in the Durmitor mountains.

Villa Breza is located few km away from Žabljak city center in a beautiful place, terrace view to the mountains. Inside is all from wood, very clean, spacious and inside there is all that you need. Hosts are very friendly and helpfull. Stayed for one night after visiting Durmitor Ring. Loved to stay there, would love to come back if will have a chance.
The location of the property is amazing but what’s even better are the staff! It’s a family owned small hotel. Very clean, comfortable, Cosy! Would recommend for a couple or a family.

Nice and clean mountain apartment. Owner is very friendly and accomodating. The apartment is located pretty close to Zabljak, by car. The apartment started work about one year ago, so guess, their best is still expected with acquiring more experience in the business.

Brand new buildings in very quiet area with beautifull views. Close to Zabljak and excelent spot to get to surrounding Durmitor venues. Spacious interiors can fit up to 5 or 6 people. We will come back for sure.
