El millor és la ubicació, a 5 quilómetres de Kotor, a Dobrota, davant el mar. Al voltant hi ha 3 o 4 restaurants i 2 o 3 bars. Zona molt tranquila, al costat de Kotor però allunyada de les masses de turistes. Les habitacions no tenen terrassa pero algunes tenen vista al fiord. L'hotel és un edifici restaurat amb certa gracia. Travessant el carrer, l'hotel disposa d'un a terrassa privasa amb acces directe al mar, tumbones i parasols. El bar a on es serveixen els esmorzars te una vista formidable al mar. L'esmorzar correcte, sense ser res excepcional.

Som un grup d'11 persones, 3 famílies. Ens han llogat tota la vasa i ha estat fantàstic. Té tot el que cal per estar còmodes, la platgeta privada és genial i en Vladimir, l'amo, molt atent. Repetiriem sense cap mena de dubte. Li posem un 10.
Ens ha agradat el balcó amb les vistes de Kotor al fons i tenir la possibilitat de banyar-se al mar just davant de l'apartament.

El cuidaven dos voluntaris molt simpàtics i l'ambient entre tots els hostes va ser genial. La localització no pot ser millor. Cuina molt ben equipada, sala comuna àmplia, armaris amb candau grans... ideal!
