The hotel was very luxurious and comfortable. We had a lovely suite initially but due to a water leak we were upgraded to the Royal Suite which was truly amazing. The hotel is within walking distance to the old town including many restaurants, sights and the Medina.

The drive to the gate and parking lot couldn’t have been easier and the place isn’t far on foot from the parking lot. The location was great for walking in the Medina and up to several view points. The place was very clean.

Our stay at this charming riad exceeded all of our expectations. The accommodations are every bit as beautiful as the pictures promise, but the true gem here is the management and staff, who make you feel as welcome as if you were family.    From the amazing breakfast service each morning to the Moroccan tea service we enjoyed poolside at night, our days at Riad Fes Ziyat were wonderful.  The first night that we arrived, there was a bit of confusion as to which room we had booked, but everything was promptly and perfectly resolved once the manager was on property in the morning. He even made our hamam appointments for us (a MUST-DO!!), and orchestrated with the ministry of tourism to provide us a licensed guide through the medina.      Apart from the excellent service and beautiful interiors, another reason that I initially booked this property was the extremely high cleanliness ratings. I travel a lot, and that is THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT FACTOR for me when choosing a place to stay. I am delighted to report that the prior reviewers did not fail me!! ;) Riad Fes Ziyat & Spa was the most spotless property that I've had the pleasure of staying at in quite a while. Everything was SO CLEAN, and housekeeping did a full refresh daily.   We so enjoyed our stay here, and will definitely be back!

The staff is INCREDIBLE. I felt so looked after by Ali, Suki (not sure if that’s how her name is spelled), and Maria! They truly treated me like family and helped me with things I didn’t even know I needed help with! The breakfast that was included was awesome! I loved that this Riad is closely associated with the one next door so there was always someone around to help if I had questions. My room was huge and lovely. I would 10000% stay here again just to see the employees again! The riad gave me Ali’s number so he met me in the fountain and showed me where the riad was. It was really close to where taxis can go so I liked that! It’s about a 20 min walk down the hill into the center of the Medina but I appreciated it being more out because it meant I could get to it by taxi more easily as there are no vehicles allowed in the Medina proper.
