Very nice hotel, peaceful atmosphere, excellent service (particularly ladies at the reception and Ayan - housekeeping), we were upgraded and got the room with a sea view, things to do (walking, cycling - free bicycles available), saltwater pools, good breakfast by the pool, very flexible breakfast times (even until 11,30), excellent live music in the beach restaurant.
Luxurious, very quite, incredibly clean and charming hotel. The front desc, the breakfast restaurant, the staff all were very helpful, professional and excellent host. I should mention some names who were very great, WEJDANE, Salma, and Younes, they make us feel home, we will be back to this hotel again because of their excellent hospitality, services and behavior.
The swimming pool with ocean water was AMAZING.

I have been to many hotels word wide, but the service we received my family and I was quite special. Every member of the staff has a smile in his face and everyone is trying his best to serve you.
The room we had was quite specious, cosy and very comfortable.
The hotel is clean and fresh. I liked the welcoming and the breakfast buffet had lots of choices and all the staff were welcoming and kind.
Also had dinner at the Italian restaurant which was very good as well.

The location the service are very good the hotel was very classy the food was very good everything on point, the manager imane and mr othman were very nice and helpful thank you for this amazing.
The host met us at the entrance of Bouznika and took us all the way to the property and gave us a proper tour. He was very friendly and available in case of need! We definitely would come back!
