Hotel Al Alba Hammam & Restaurant, hotel in Asilah

This boutique hotel is located just 328 feet from Asilah beach. It offers air-conditioned accommodations and several terraces. Parking is available nearby.

I don’t recommande this hotel, it has no charm at all, room very small with no light, no terrasse whereas in Assilah most hotel or riad have roof terrasse with wonderful view for the same price, here it is just a very small corner between 4 walls . And it is 15 min walk from the Medina. And the restaurant has not windows , you feel like a prisoner when you are inside cause everything is close.

casa bahia, hotel in Asilah

Featuring a garden, terrace and views of mountain, casa bahia is located in Asilah, a 4-minute walk from Plage de Asilah.

Beautiful house a comfortable walk from the Medina. Very comfortable room with nice hot shower. Gorgeous rooftop for a perfect late afternoon / early evening chill setting with ocean view. Wonderful hosts who picked me up from the Asilah train station free of charge and then drove me to Tangier airport upon departure for below market taxi cost. They also did my laundry for me for a modest charge. Host even invited me to watch a big football match on TV with him. Excellent breakfast to top off a truly wonderful stay!

Hotel Zelis, hotel in Asilah

Located in the heart of Asilah, this hotel has free Wi-Fi and is just 984 feet from the harbor. Guests can relax on the furnished terrace or in one of the lounges and enjoy the outdoor swimming pool.

This is the third time I stay in this hotel. It’s clean, comfortable and good value for money. Located near the center of town with some rooms having a view of the port. My room was a nice size and I had a balcony. My bed was comfortable and I had a peaceful nights sleep. Bathroom was clean and the shower worked fine. The hotel is located near an excellent fish restaurant. Breakfast was superb with many different food items including a fried egg brought to your table. Parking is on street but they have a night watchman who looks after it, (remember to tip him).

I have been many many times in the last 37 years and it never fails to impress, plenty to do for a long weekend, easily accessible from Tangiers by train or taxi (approx 200mdh), very safe, lovely people, new marina being built , probably best to stay outside the marina as it might be noisy at night, plenty of affordable accommodation in the area, great choice of eateries, shops and hammams, car not necessary

It is a quiet little town with a history of Portuguese occupation. The Medina is small and clean and many artists live here. There is a mural festival every year. Plenty of fish restaurants and a market street. Not a party town.

    The medina was very clean.

The medina was very clean. We watched the sunset from Cafe Derya, which was beautiful. The Medina lets its white walls painted by artists every July, that was interesting. Nice restaurants. We visited Paradise beach on the day we left, but its definetely one of the best beaches in Morocco. The access road is easier by 4x4. But if you want a beach, that's the one to go for, with plenty of small restaurants.

Asiilah is a small town/city off the main tourist track.

Asiilah is a small town/city off the main tourist track. I was looking for an "authentic" Moroccan urban experience and Asilah was perfect for that. The hustlers were to a minimum, the markets, shops and street vendors had a wide supply of offerings. The produce sold on the street was of the most beautiful colors and freshness. The shopping I did was without pressure and fun. Asilah should be seen if you are nearby and stay at the Riad Oasis D'Asilah when there

The beaches in Asilah are a open rubbish field.

The beaches in Asilah are a open rubbish field. I would not walk on the sand without shoes, it is a wide sand shore and the waves are beautiful, but it is a shame that locals have zero respect for the environment and the beach is a landfill. People are a little bit less pushy that Marrakesh or Fes, but there's nothing to do there. You can see the entire old town in 1h and the restaurants are just disgusting - dirty, expensive and not impressive at all.

Excellent location for exploring Asilah, walking distance to the beach and medina. This is a very special and unique family run boutique hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean, tastefully decorated, the breakfast is excellent, the tea is exquisite, there are numerous areas to lounge and relax both inside and out. The staff are very friendly and helpful, free street parking is available right in front of the hotel.

Fabulous location in this very nice guest house & Asilah is breathtaking. Our double room had a nice bed & shower with a toilet nearby. We had the choice of paying for a breakfast & delicious dinner but we chose to use the well stocked kitchen to prepare our food. The roof terrace has stunning views of the sea is on two floors with tables & seating on each plus we were able to put some washing on the line It was sea at night

The modest entrance to the hotel gave way to a fascinating and beautifully decorated interior, very Moroccan. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Food was absolutely delicious and all homemade. Location was good, as the Medina was only a 15 minute walk away along the sea front. The train station too was only 20 minutes in the other direction. Would definitely recommend a visit to this small but very quaint hotel.
