We have stayed at janna sur mer many times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains. The staff is amazing. Receptionist is very helpful, the rooms have been comfortable. In July we have stayed but wasn’t great as it is now. Keep going guys. Highly recommend.

The property’s view and location are amazing but how wouldn’t they inform people about the rocky path to the chalet?? I was wearing pumps as we arrived straight from a dinner.. why no one told us we need sneakers or boots I struggled so hard walking towards our chalet.

To start Ms Nour at the reception gave us a welcoming surprise by upgrading our room to a suite which was spacious and amazing view. The beach is nice with spectacular view at the sunset and sunrise. The whole resort is beautiful and our room includes a jacuzzi on the balcony and large bathroom with shower room and bathtub.
