The check-in process was very easy and comfortable, all the information was texted to my phone. The person I talked to was very nice. The location is good, about 10ish minute walk from the subway station and right across from cafe street. No one bothered me there, for the most part it was quiet.
New structure, very clean rooms. Convenience store and coffee shop at ground level. Located on main road; however, local area still under development. Unfortunately, no counter in bathroom for personal toiletries. Hooks on door or wall for drying towel would be helpful. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Excellent English capability.

Everland and Caribbean Bay were great for families.
Everland and Caribbean Bay were great for families. Transportation to the Recreational Forest and Folk Village is only by taxis therefore not ideal for a group more than 4. This can be improved. They should develop farm tourism.
The hotel has a good restaurant where we had great breakfast and dinners. It was so convenient that we didn't have to venture far when we were hungry and too tired to travel far. They also had a shuttle service that dropped as off at Jeondae Everland station where an Everland shuttle bus would pick up passengers to take to the park. That was great for us since we don't have a car and booking a cab was a bit of a challenge.
I liked that the hotel was clean and the room was very big. I could prepare my own meals if needed to. They had a restaurant on-site and a pool for my son who absolutely loves swimming. The staff was very welcoming and also ready to assist us if we needed anything. The best part was that there was a shuttle bus through the hotel that we could use to get to the theme parks.
Location was superb since it was walking distance to Yongin Bus Terminal and near downtown. Also a stone's throw away from the Songdam College Station of the Yongin Everline. Check in was quick and easy as well. There were two elevators and both of them are working. Ample space for parking is also available, and wifi is very fast. Staff was polite.
Me and my son stay there for 4days because we go to caribbean bay and the other day we go to everland.the appearance outside is ok in the lobby the dim light and the scent is verry nice.the room is clean the space is ok.the location of the hotel is verry near in subway it also near in emart,mall,cgv and bus stop!
The room was a good size for this part of Seoul.
The location was great but was a tad bit old. Lots of stuff to do around but again, not the hotel's fault but just a little bit lacking. I wish maybe if it was cleaner around it would be a better experience.
Very convenient location while we're at Everland and the hotel is super clean and pretty outside. The staffs were absolutely kind and helpful they also keep your luggages free during your stay. I'll comeback here if I visit Everland again.
We booked the deluxe twin. The beds, pillows, and comforters are all very comfortable. Shower was nice and hot and good pressure. The hotel is big and there are some restaurants and a convenient store in the same building.
