Main pluses are the beautiful expansive and well kept gardens , and the private beach which is close and has nice clean deep warm waters. The room was decent sized, and some of the meals at the dining room were excellent (not all of them though).

The inhabitants are invariably nice friendly and helpful (french a must), and are also unusually good looking.
As i said the city itself holds no attractions- even the market is shabby and has no locally made handicrafts.
