I would recommend relying on asking the camp staff questions about what to do, or information about history, culture, food and geography in Wadi Rum. They know best about everything and are really trustworthy people. Be friendly with the other campers, it is amazing to see who all visits Wadi Rum. I would say to trust the locals there, and you will have an amazing time. Definitely take your time looking at the stars.

Hiking and taking a Jeep Tour around Wadi Rum are amazing experiences. My favorite part is the different colors of the sand and the bridge. However, as there's no fixed trail for the jeep, the sands are full of wheel marks, which kind of ruin the whole view of the desert. Overall, it is so beautiful; it feels like being on another planet.

For those who like silence, privacy and are happy to let go...
For those who like silence, privacy and are happy to let go off their screentime this place is just right. If you decide to take your car, an SUV would be ideal on the sandy/rocky surface. There are some do-able hikes even with kids. The place looks like a totally different planet with unique rock formations and red sand till as far as you can see. Star gazing is magical as there isnt much light around.....!

Everyone tries to get out a hell of a business of the guided tours, the kids and youngsters treat animals (especially dogs) very bad, it gave an impression, that you need to know yourself how long you can make the best out of it.
This was our best experience in Jordan. The hosts are absolute legends that allow you to experience parts of the Bedouin life. Probably the best part of your stay here is sitting around the camp after sunset. The hosts provide food and shisha, tell stories and jokes, perform traditional music and point out stars and puddles you've never seen before. Don't miss the jeep tour that lets you see a good part of the Wadi Rum desert.
The facilities at the camp are clean.

Obeid and his sons are fantastic! The camp had a main dining/gathering room, a cave room (with 4 poster bed) and comfortable tent rooms with en suite bathrooms. We would recommend their camp to anyone staying in Wadi Rum. They were perfect hosts - arranging great experiences (jeep safari, camel ride), serving an amazing dinner (Zarb) & helping us navigate the border in Eilat, and hire a van to drive us to Wadi Rum, Petra and the border. They were so wonderful and we had a great experience in Jordan thanks to them!
Quiet and beautiful, one of the most beautiful things I have seen in Jordan. This place gave me an experience that will never be repeated. The service is wonderful, the place is charming, and the camp is modern, classic, first-class hotel. The price is a little high and the food is delicious. I recommend it as a first destination for visitors to Wadi Rum, especially at sunset, sunrise, and at night when tracking the stars. This amazing place is very safe for adults and children
Three days in Wadi Rum were definitelly the best part of our Jordan trip. Wadi Rum is unbeliavable magical place with many interesting places to see, desert cruising with a jeep is a amazing adventure. Our guide was friendly guy and he liked to joke so the day was full of fun. Nights in a bedouin camp with stars overhead,when the nature went to sleep and there was complete silence all around was the unforgettable moment for the rest of our lives. David and Nikol.
Rum legnend Camp was the highlight of our trip to Jordan. the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.the room was clean and the bathroom super clean the food was delicious and prepared on site. I thoroughly enjoyed the desert Safari ride and would go again if time had allowed. I would recommend the camp to anyone staying in Wadi Rum.
Best experience Jordan, Majed and all the staff are very welcoming. Great food, great position of the camp with a breathtaking view of the desert. A must have for a great experience in Jordan and in Wadi Rum. Desert tour with Mohammed was perfect. He knew some spot where other tours don't stop and we managed to see all the goods of the desert in 5 hours. Can't wait to be back!
We were satisfied with everything. Like an oasis in the middle of the desert. We felt safe with our guide and well taken care of. Nearing the end of our stay in Jordan, Khaled's camp was the cherry on top of our 2 week trip. Thank you for answering some of our questions about Bedouin culture and letting us listen to your traditional Bedouin music on the speakers.
It was one of the most affordable bubble tents and offered great value. The food was decent as well. They helped us with the jeep tour, which was fantastic. It was an amazing experience to see the stars from the tent’s patio, when they turn off all the lights in the camp. Wadi rum is a must visit with its Mars like terrain, never seen such a thing anywhere else
We loved everything about our stay with Raed in Wadi Rum Bedouin camp. Wadi Rum is so spectacular and we had an amazing jeep tour and sunset. Raed and the other staff were incredibly nice and hospitable. the food was plentiful, but not haut Cuisine but exactly as we expected. Hot showers and good bathroom facility. For sure our most spectacular spot in Jordan.
Great desert experience with attentive staff that takes care of all your needs. The guides who helped us Saleem (the camp host) were incredibly friendly. The day tour we did in the desert with them and spent the night in Wadi Rum camp was one of the best experiences in Jordan, incredibly interesting and entertaining. I totally recommend it!

Wadi Rum is a must-visit location for any traveler in Jordan. An exceptionally gracious and hospital band of brothers run this remote desert outpost. Sand and Stone is as close to an authentic Bedouin camping experience as one can get, an antidote to the more consumerist lux-bubble glamping.

Having used a few of the desert camps in wadi rum already, I can safely say that this was the best one.
Very clean, stylish and with a lot of attention for detail. The bubbles were spacious, the staff extremely helpful and the location perfect with no other camps in sight.
Wadi Rum is a must visit for visitors to Jordan. One of the most wonderful and beautiful places on earth in the middle of the desert is the valley of the safari camp!! It is a very comfortable tent where every room is a true luxury!! The view is very beautiful..
