This place is a family owned hotel/apartment. It’s very clean and spacious. The family is very nice. They speak English, the son speak Spanish. You can ask them whatever you need. Water,coffee,tea,utensils,a small fridge,electric kettle, electric stove if you want to cook,microwave,TV,iron,hair blow dryer,toiletries. It’s quiet compare to the hotels in downtown. It’s only 10-15 minutes Uber ride to downtown depend on the traffic. A day in the downtown is just enough to see everything if you are up to walking all day. I came the right time because weather is not too hot. Some days is hot but you don’t sweat from walking. So March to May, September to November perfect to visit Jordan. And always use Uber because taxi they rip off tourist. And if you ever in downtown and you need a tour guide look for Ahmad, he looks like Robert De Niro he’s been doing it for 16yrs. I recently stayed for one night at the Kempinski Hotel in Amman and was thoroughly impressed. The lobby’s design creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff’s hospitality was exceptional from start to finish. The room layout was both clean and nicely arranged, contributing to a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy the traditional local ambiance. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Dorra, Ms. Bayan, and Mr. Abualwafa at the front desk for their outstanding support and helpfulness. Despite a minor misunderstanding with the payment, the entire staff handled the situation with professionalism and care. Thank you for your excellent communication and service.
