How comfy it is , how friendly are the staff specially Mr.Rafi was very kind , talkative and had a smile that would definitely give the best image about the hotel from the restaurant overall an experience I would definitely do again and very reasonable prices.

I recently stayed for one night at the Kempinski Hotel in Amman and was thoroughly impressed. The lobby’s design creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff’s hospitality was exceptional from start to finish. The room layout was both clean and nicely arranged, contributing to a comfortable stay. The hotel’s location is excellent, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy the traditional local ambiance. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Dorra, Ms. Bayan, and Mr. Abualwafa at the front desk for their outstanding support and helpfulness. Despite a minor misunderstanding with the payment, the entire staff handled the situation with professionalism and care. Thank you for your excellent communication and service. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel ! The location is perfect(view to Roman theatre and walking distance to all other objectives including downtown one's). A free walking tour(please expect to leave tips) was a plus( guide Ibrahim is a nice person). Furniture in the room is outdated but very clean. Continental breakfast in the morning. On our last day because we had to leave before breakfast time we asked for some breakfast to go and they were really nice and prepared this for us. Really nice experience overall!
