The city is awesome, surrounded by nature and the weather...
The city is awesome, surrounded by nature and the weather was great although the last day was starting to become super hot. The sense of hospitality is non-existent and for non-arabic speakers it is super challenging.
The only beach club worth going is Berenice as it is cheap and has a natural beach (although it's sea beach and not ocean one). But do not expect good service as it does not exist in the city.
If you are going to dive or other outdoor activity, I recommend but to enjoy sunny days by the beach, look for another place to go.
Food is also good but again, they have no sense of hospitality and if you don't speak Arabic it gets worse.

AQABA ....
AQABA ....
City full of life and color at the Red Sea, with traditional food & music, good people, very lively public beach!
Markets, terraces, shops, warm and welcoming people, as in all of Jordan, by the way.
Wonderful market of spices and teas!
You can serve the meal, with confidence, on all terraces! Excellent traditional food!
You have to visit Aqaba to feel everything!
Ayla neighborhood, wonderful!
Berenice Club Beach an extraordinary experience at the beach, with an excellent vacation vibe, very good music, club equipped with everything necessary, wonderful employees from the bar and entertainment!
Amazing beach!
Thank you, Aqaba, for all you offer!

Aqaba is just another urban city.
Aqaba is just another urban city. A partying, high on night-life kind of place.
There are several food options and is generally easy on the pocket.
The Aqaba castle is okay, the museum is good, and is interesting only if you have a curiosity towards T.E. Lawrence and the story of the family. Which I think you should. You can easily spend an hour in that museum.
The public beach is an interesting place to visit to see the city's people, and not the beach as such.
I would say a day and a night and a checkout the next day should more than suffice.

I loved my hotel and the walk at Ayla!
I loved my hotel and the walk at Ayla! The food at Ali’s Central Restaurant was excellent too.
I visited the bazar / souq, and I don’t recommend that as it was so busy and nothing really there except cheap Chinese products
Leaving Aqaba and dealing with customs was a nightmare!

Aqaba is a wonderful city & port with a wonderful sea,...
Aqaba is a wonderful city & port with a wonderful sea, beaches, weather, shops, hotels, restaurants, museums etc... People are very hospitable and friendly. Great landscape, palms, mountains, city tours and boat tours available all the time, this is apart from all the other water activities you can enjoy. You will also find a variety of shops with different items and reasonable prices. I strongly recommend to visit Aqaba at least once. Yet, if you have visited it once, you will visit again and again.
We were just there and are already planning for our next trip soon.
Definitely, we will visit again....
I recommend this hotel for many reasons:
firstly good zone around all shopping and the beach by walking
2-clean rooms with modern form with room service
and silent room
3- good men on reception fadi and omar(Jordanian )
the all of time take me as friend and purpose all dealing for small trips in city with economic prices
and they suggest for me all restaurant with good price with nice quality
4- there is Egyptian one is named Ahmad work in breakfast room
he only interest to see you get out from breakfast with smile and full abdomen
Hotel offers a fair ratio price/quality. The rating is different in Jordan, I would say that it s a fair 3 stars hotel in Europe. The location is OK, 15 min from Aqaba airport by car and 10 min from the city center by foot. Complementary water in the room is a nice touch. Clean everywhere, I appreciated this. We stayed 3 nigts and in 2 of them, we met at the reception a very nice guy who recommended us a good restaurant in the center (Suzana) and anice marina to visit (Ayla Oasis). I am sorry that I didn't catch
Everything was very good. Great service and great staff. From check in till check out, everything was seemless. Facilities are amazing, and they have one of the best house reef for snorkelling and diving.
Please use the local dive centre of the hotel. It's the lowest price and best service.
Also for visitors rent the snorkelling equipment on day 1 as its one time cost for the whole trip. For those who have their own snorkel, you still need the fins around the reef.
Definitely visit tala bay restaurants
The weekend hotel is in a perfect location in the center of Aqaba. You can find all the shops just a few minutes walking. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. The owner of the hotel and all the people in the reception are so friendly and helpful. They can help you and explain you everything and also help you organise tours in Jordan. I fully recommend your stay in the weekend hotel. I come many times in Jordan and i always come here because i am so satisfied with the quality of the services.
Great hotel and great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. There are a selection of eateries beside the hotel which are really good, Juliana in particular do great food. Everything is in walking distance. The hotel does a top notch breakfast too! I've stayed in Tala Bay, which is nice but you don't get to experience the true vibes of aqaba unless you're staying in the heart of the city. Such a safe and friendly atmosphere in Aqaba with stunning views everywhere you look.
The hotel was in a fantastic location, in Tala Bay, which is a beautiful little place with a great marina, restaurants and private beach (with beach club). We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Tala Bay. At the hotel, we enjoyed some good food upon arrival from the bar. Mohammed on reception was always incredibly helpful and ensured our stay was a pleasant one, and the young lady making omelette’s at breakfast was in very polite and professional.
Be aware!!! This hotel is so good that other hotels in Jordan will not be enough after the great service and professionalism in Aqaba's best
lodging.
Twins Boutique hotel exceeded our expectations all around, the welcoming staff, beautiful decor and taste at the lobby, smart rooms, comfortable beds, modern bathroom, spacious, new, with all and more high quality design and furniture, the breakfast really happy with all.
A hotel that provides the necessity for your stay in Aqaba. The employees at the front desk are very helpful and friendly ( 2 guys MNG / NGT)
very welcoming and ready to assist if required.
Assistance is also provided by the management via WhatsApp "which I appreciate"
You also get insights about things to do in aqaba or across Jordan with very attractive fees.
The hotel is located nearby shops restaurants and bus stops.
The best hotel we had in Jordan.
It was easy to get there by car and plenty street parking available.
A good breakfast with all the arabien stuff plus some western, like toast & cereals.
The rooms where well equipped and even featured a balcony.
The staff was real helpful with helping with some admin matters ( i.e. calling the rental car agency etc ).
We even got a complementary fruit basket.
Rooms are big, spacious, comfortable, and very clean.
Beds are unbelievably comfortable. Staff are extremely friendly.
Breakfast bouffet has very good variety that suits all tastes.
Great value compared to the service.
Dont think twice about booking in this hotel
Highly recommended
Hotel is brand new, food is delicious and all stuff are very friendly and welcoming. We had a room with great view on Gulf of Akaba. Housekeeping was excellent a lot of towels and new sheets everyday. My recommendation for stay in Akaba, great value for money.
The beach is beautiful and the water activities are great.
I loved the hospitality room that the staff had offered us in order to take a shower before we leave the hotel given that we have checked out our rooms but spent a few hours on the beach.
excellent apartment at TALA BAY
Spacious for families, the apartment is clean & the host Mr. Raed is awesome
the location of the apartment at TALA BAY is near the biggest swimming pools out there, on of them is directly next to the balcony
The hotel has a good position and a parking lot in front of it. The rooms are very spacious. The staff is kind and they have a promotion for a beach club in Tala Bay (10JD) with a beautiful snorkeling area.
Its nice finishing with 5 stars hotel vibes interior, very nice staff and helpful, they packed our breakfast when they get to know we are checking-out early morning
