The breakfast was outstanding with lots of different options including an omelet and pancake bar. The eating area was spacious with floor to ceiling windows. The staff was very helpful and conscientious, including giving us as much bottle water as we needed. The location is within walking distance of a nice area with shops and restaurants.

I recently stayed for one night at the Kempinski Hotel in Amman and was thoroughly impressed. The lobby’s design creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the staff’s hospitality was exceptional from start to finish. The room layout was both clean and nicely arranged, contributing to a comfortable stay.
The hotel’s location is excellent, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and cafes where you can enjoy the traditional local ambiance. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ms. Dorra, Ms. Bayan, and Mr. Abualwafa at the front desk for their outstanding support and helpfulness. Despite a minor misunderstanding with the payment, the entire staff handled the situation with professionalism and care.
