I personally think it is quite over priced because the amount hotel charges it doesn't seem worth
No doubt the service is great the staff and food is top notch but honestly the interiors were not pleasing enough quite boring basically as it is next to a hospital

After the first night there, I booked into another hotel. I couldn't wait to get out of that depressing atmosphere. I had to stay in my room for a long time each day to work, but it was too depressing to be in such a dilapidated room. It was filthy & mattress worn out. Tiles were cracked.
Do not waste your $ on such a filthy place. REceptionist doesn't understand English. I had to write it on a piece of paper for her to read.
It is not a hotel set up for tourist. After the first night there, I went to the counter & barked at the receptionist, "Checking out. Not happy here." She asked me to see the manager, but I couldn't be bothered. I made it clear I would give them a poor review, for the room supplied was too appalling.

It was fairly a clean area.
It was fairly a clean area. The wall arts were a feast to travellers . Malls in this area were also well facilitated.
However Railway station n premises were very unclean and slushy when rains. rain water draining system to be improved and these public areas to have more civil servants and volunteers to assist commuters.Public transport facilities to support night travellers to be improved!

This is a village, NOT APART OF MUMBAI. The people here were very pleasant but not prepared for visitors. There are not many options for shopping and eating. As a woman, I felt very unsafe at night as some of the locals would not even let me call my own taxi because of the crime against women there.

Thane is the centre of Mumbai with equidistance from Mumbai Airport, Panvel, Borivli. Thane is green and lively. It is very safe and upcoming smart city, you have all kinds of food & restaurants, hospitals, schools, colleges. A great place to settle with family with nature but not far from the Metro.

The propert was under renovation. Although the room was O.K but basic things were absemt like tea maker. Breakfast was very expensive charging Rs.250/- per day which I did not availed.

It took long chasing and time for me to get invoice copy after checking out from hotel.
You can feel that it's a brand new hotel, which is on the plus side. Staff are well mannered, smiles all the way. Very clean room, spotless.
Lobby is wonderful for business meetings, as well as social ones, very chill and well designed. The best bargain in Thane for the price hands down.
Location is close to the highway and Thane city center so it is quite convenient.
The breakfast has many options and is tasty.
The rooms have a nice view and are spacious.
One handicapped friendly room is also available in the hotel.
