This hotel is pathetic and the owner is very rude and arrogant. Their rooms are very dirty and smelly. Even they don't provide drinking water also. Bathroom tabs not working properly and no facility for hot water. We have complaint all the issues to the owner but he asked us to leave the hotel instead of taking care of our problems. Rooms are very small and full of insects. Even they are not bothering to clean the rooms. I must suggest to everyone please don't book this hotel even if you don't find any hotel nearby. Worse hotel and staff I have seen in my life.

It's a gorgeous apartment with large rooms and balconies attached, which is a rare thing to find in Chandigarh! The host is very gracious too. Everything about the stay was perfect, sadly our trip was cut short due to family emergency, and the host was kind enough to give us a refund too! What more can you ask for!

Panchkula (five wells?) is on the outskirts of Chandigarh. It is relatively clean compared to other parts of India. However street marking makes it difficult to locate any dwelling/building. unless you are familiar with the area. Panchkula is close to the cactus garden which is highly recommended. There is also a large clean and well maintained park next door. The shopping area which though somewhat run down, is also relatively clean and there are sufficient eating places for meals.
