The original room was to small. The Duty Manager upgraaded us to a much larger room. He even threw in a bottle. Very good service and excellent staff. Overall very pleased.

Loved the location in the Portuguese area, we spent three full days exploring the immediate area and nearby - all on foot - except a trip to Old Goa by local bus. We had simple lunches, usually samosas (the best we have ever tasted) and chai with dinner at local Fontainhas restaurants including our hotel.

As a woman, I felt very uncomfortable and unsafe with the men they allow inside the hotel - just sitting around men sitting around lobby staring. Even at dinner at the hotel, we had the same experience - with extremely cheap men sitting around and just staring at women like we were there for their entertainment.
The hotel also lies about cab services for guests, insisting that you only use cab services run by thugs - stationed outside the premises. They charge extremely high rates and are complete bullies. All you need to do is walk up the street to the high way and you can take far more reasonable cabs/ taxis - but the hotel doesnt even infrom you about this. Shows how much they value their customers and a basic level of customer service. Pathetic customer service by double tree by Hilton Panaji. Do not waste your time at this hotel.

The antique houses of Portuguese Era the small lanes still narrow as of yesteryear, I have been to this area during Christmas season and I advise everyone to go there in the first week of Christmas between the 10th to the 15th you can have lovely memories and good pictures of lighting and decorations
Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Doubletree Panaji branch in Goa. The hospitality from staffs beginning at the reception, to the dining hall and the managers too was exceptional. A special Thankyou to Kenny who made my birthday staycation an absolute pleasure. The hotel itself was bright, clean, and centrally located in the areas we were planning to visit. We decided to splurge for the Signature Suite rooms, to give us each space to spread out for a few days. The beds were comfortable and the balcony provided great sunset views and a distant view of the river/sea.
Had we not splurged, I would say this was an affordable option for the area.
At vantage point in Panaji, this gem is absolute beauty. Right from washroom essentials to airy rooms with enough sunlight slipping in n of course most comfortable Airconditioner.
Only thing they want to improve is add breakfast to their offer n lo behold you have one of the exceptionally offer in hand.
I strongly strongly recommend this to those who go to Goa with some work
Vivanta by Taj, Panaji is what a standard is when you want to experience a home afar home. Mr Souja is the best person you can meet in Goa at Vivanta. He will guide you and help you during your stay in every way possible. Food is just great and buffet is splendid. Rooms are just comfy and might even lure you to stay more. Must stay once and you will love it.
Hotel staff was very much supportive. Food and breakfast available at the restaurant was delicious. Place has nice ambiance. We celebrated our anniversary there and staff were always available to help with our issues. Hotel location has close proximity with Panjim city which makes easier to explore old Goa.

Very cozy apartments to enjoy fully your holidays and to make your experience in Goa out of normal. Bruce provides you with whatever you might need: scooters, cars and other stuff. Apartments are SUPER CLEAN (something difficult to find sometimes around 😄)
Staff (samar,patra saab, and all ) is very good they all guys are giving very fabulous service to there guest and location is very peaceful and near to casino's specially it's budgeted hotel but service's are like expensive hotel.

all of services are very excellent... i am happy at there for one day trip in Goa India. Nice view from break fast morning by big glass window to see capture the green of Goa city. That great and i recommend for this hotel.
Location was good. It is near Caculo Mall where rickshaws available to go anywhere easily. Staff was so helpful and smiling. Facilities were in good condition and clean. We would prefer exactly if we visit Old Goa again.

Nothing. No proper water supply in the bathroom, no ventilation, congested room. Not worth for the money. If you are looking for a comfortable stay in Goa, white balcao is NOT the one for you.
