Due to poor services, I vacated the property very next day where as my booking was for two nights. ie July 4-6, 2023. Also paid the amounts RS.370/- advance booking and Rs.3900/- at Hotel (inclusive of Rs. 500/-) for early check-in. Please refund the amount for one day.

I liked the location, the facilities are very well maintained, and the hygiene is very well taken care of. The team on site is very helpful. I had booked it for my husband's birthday and the team even helped us with decoration. Mr.Anil our caretaker was very helpful and also took us around the property, there is a scenic walk towards the backwaters where you can sit and enjoy the nature we loved it the most.
All three Zostel Villas are awesome and the whole Casuarina property is very scenic and safe even if only women are traveling.
I would like to appreciate the staff and management we faced minor issue however they immediately provided us with alternatives and even apologised us for the inconvenience. Was really a minor issue but still they were delegant in helping us, rare quality to find nowadays.
Really appreciate the management for that.
