A beautiful relatively quiet Goa beach, so far. That may change as Mopa airport gains more air services. Lovely white sands, good selection of shacks walkable on south end of arambol beach. I love this beach.

Mandrem is lovely and quieter than other parts of Goa. As with most of the beaches, the beach chairs are quite far back from the water due to the tide coming up so far.
It's a lovely place and would definitely visit again!

Beach was fabulous, yoga classes on the beach, good choice of restaurants, plenty of tourist shops and also supermarkets, money exchanges, taxis, etc. Quite a hippy vibe, mix of families with young children, a lot of young people and also older generation.

Ashvem beach is a wonderful expanse of white sand - perfect for sunbathing, swimming and learning to surf (small breakers). There are numerous beach front bars and restaurants, but they are quite expensive compared to other locations in Goa (particularly South Goa) and most pump out music that is too loud to have a conversation over dinner.
The area is definately trading on it's popularity as a Yoga destination and has become both much less laid back and relaxed since the pandemic and is becoming dominated by Russians. One to give a miss and seek out a less up tight, over priced, cosmopolitan area - plenty exist in Goa.

The management team is lifeless.
They don't seen to have the passion for providing a delightful experience to the visitors.
Requests made by customers have to be followed up repeatedly to get the services asked for and committed by the resort at the time of booking.
All that they are bothered is to swipe the card and take the full payment in the beginning itself.
Maybe this is the reason they are not bothered afterwards.
They need to be professionals!!!
Room service requests have to be attended promptly and not by repeated follow ups !!!
Phone calls made to reception ,room service etc are seldom answered unless you try hard many times!!!
If nit anything atleast a warm send off will be well appreciated!!!
Most important is committed room should be provided because we have paid for it and the property is dar too expensive for the type of room given ti us!!
The saving grace is that the property is good and located well by the beach!!

Nice resort😊 new property and comfortable rooms and spacious. Pool is decent size. You don't get a view though but every rooms has dedicated sitting area. Its peaceful. Staff is hardworking but lack of hotel management skills its value for money but try n opt out for breakfast...rest its value for money... At reception Mr vikek was very polite and helpful... He extended our checkout for few hours ... Also he was great help in getting you taxi for airport. Keep it up and its a great property for peaceful stay.
If I could give 100 stars I would. Excellent location, staff is incredibly nice and kind everyone always has a smile in their face, the manager Ashwani was amazing and so helpful he has a great team 😃 the hotel food is delicious, the best we have had in goa and the rooms are so nice. Everything works, which is strange in India 😂 hot water, comfy beds and very spacious rooms all with ocean view and lovely pool. The facilities are amazing we will be back for sure! A gem in Goa 😍
It was a very pleasant stay in La Vera. Everything was really good - Stay, location, staff, food.
The in house staffs are polite and helpful. The stay was comfortable and also the pool was decent.
The best thing for me was the Restaurant - the food was awesome, never miss the food in La Vera. Crispy chicken & pepper chicken was too good.
It's a good suggestion from my side if you are in Goa, you must try La Vera for a peaceful stay. Cheers.

There is little good service in Goa. This hotel is one of the best hotels in Goa in terms of service, large rooms, good furniture, luxurious mattress, good bed linen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremly supportive, professional staff and team, this is one of my best stay in Goa, rooms are spacious, very spacious bathroom and very clean . Loved my stay and will definately book again! I was surprised by the quality of the place in such low rate!
The location is good for the beach and local restaurants. Yoga drop-in places near by. We had a cleaned room and towels every day. Hot showers, AC and comfortable bed. Also arranged laundry with the hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful 👍 👌 😊
Excellent value given location on Mandrem beach, and adjoining facilities. Basic but clean, comfortable rooms. Sea view balcony was ideal to enjoy the shade and breeze. Restaurant had extensive food offerings, laid back atmosphere.
