The rooms are large and spacious. The view is amazing both from the front and back from balcony. It's very close to the famous big cup cafe and the property is very well maintained. We did not have food so would not comment on the food or breakfast since we left early in the morning and came late at night. The room service was excellent and prompt.

Everything in this resort was exceptional , mind blowing , awesome.
The ambience was breathtaking with the resort situated on a hill slope overlooking a valley and among the coffee and spices plantations.
The service was extraordinary with courteous and friendly team from front desk and managing team of Sayantan and Soumyajit.
The in Room and restaurant and bar service was mind blowing with great food prepared by chefs Sujoy and Giridhar. If you like pork , do not miss the special Kodava Pandi Curry. It was a exquisite preparation by chef Sujoy.
The service of Hritwick, Sayan and Rajeenth cannot be forgotten. It was just exemplary and one of the best I had received. A special work of thanks to this team who went out of the way to serve us in best possible way. I will always remember the parting party organized specially for us.
Finally, how could I miss the " Birdman of Coorg" , Mr Ganesh. He had taken me for 2 wondrous nature walks and introduced me to the varieties of coffee plants, spices plants and orchids in one nature walk. In another nature walk he showed me so many beautiful birds of the Nilgiris and Malabar hills that I am short of words to describe the wonderful experience.
Also a special thanks to the management team whose names are not known to me who could assemble such a great team and maintained such high standard of hospitality.
I will forever cherish this stay.

The concept of spending time in the forest was wonderful. We also really enjoyed the food, and the restaurant staff were amazing. The rooms were spacious and with very nice views. The pool facility was also very nice.

Nice place nestled in nature. The places to see are constantly repeated in most travel web sites and blogs. The highlight was the visit to the golden temple at Kushalnagar and the drive to talacauvery temple. Raja seats was crowded, so was the market. The weather was mostly pleasant. Would recommend a two day stay to see everything in Madikeri as well as Kushalnagar. Don’t forget to indulge in local cuisine while at Madikeri from Coorg Cuisine .

Madikeri is a great place to be laid back and chill out.
Madikeri is a great place to be laid back and chill out. It is a good escape from city environments and plan to stay for 1 day if single or couple or a couple of days if a group, in case you already visited the tourist spots. If you have not, you can cover it all in a maximum of 3 days, unless you wish to relax more.

You can hire car in Mysore only, please negotiate properly.
Unique collection of Decorative items and use of the same throughout the Bunglow is beyond imagination. Entrance is full of Indoor plants.
Room, Bathroom facility is equivalent to 3 star hotels.
As we have booked all 3 rooms, we were able to use Kitchen, hall without any hesitation. It was like a home in Madikeri. Sathish - owner is very helpful.
You can enjoy fullest when you plan your Breakfast and Dinner. Sathish helps in connecting to suppliers.
Location is central, about two kilometers from the main Madikeri market place but auto rickshaws stand which was about 50 m from the hotel. Breakfast was authentic, we liked the idlis. Rooms were spacious and clean, basic facilities were good. Hot water available during 6:30-9 both in the morning and evening which was sufficient for us. The hotel staff were polite and helpful.
Food- tasty and reasonable, bed-huge and comfortable, views-offers the best in coorg, location-couldn't be better, staff-ever smiling and attentive. The list just keeps going for the Pros. This property should definitely be taken as an example for other government hotels in how to operate. Highly recommended when in coorg.
One of the best resort in Coorg ..We traveled three times to Coorg and we stayed in different properties to explore but for the first time we are impressed with the location and the cozy rooms which gives anyone a pleasant stay ..Anyone is planning to Coorg this is the one .Tums up to the simple and Curtious staffs .
It is located just 5 kms from Madikeri city centre which was very convenient to visit a lot of places and then come back to rest at the home stay. It was well maintained and the caretaker was kind and helpful with all our requests. It also had a pleasant atmosphere with really nice views and aesthetic.
The hotel's location is another big plus. It's conveniently situated close to many popular attractions and dining options, making it easy to explore the area. I also appreciated the peace and quiet that the hotel offered, providing a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The stay was economical and gave a feeling at home as it was one door entry and two bedrooms. Suitable for people who hate to stay in different rooms of hotel. Host was well behaved and nice person and considering the location and price, nice stay.
Stay is really good i am looking to stay near water stream or river and i found this through booking map feature, i like the location.
And when i reached there they provided tea to us and the hotel is clean and specious.
