The morning buffet was amazing!
Kitchen staff "Sangeetha" helped us a lot! She was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. Always has a smile on her face She would walk to us and ask if we need anything and also inform us in advance before the buffet closes so we can grab more food before closure
Inspire of being on a busy street the rooms were pretty quite.

IBIS always allows us to order food from outside rather than asking us to order only from nt restaurant, this shows they care about us and not just money.
Room service was good.
They have a small fridge inside.
My first choice always would be IBIS and I'll definitely suggest IBIS.

Ensure that your food is arranged by the property owner in case you do not want to go out....-as property owner very clearly had indicated they do not have kitchen facilities nor they can organise persons to bring/purchase food...if this is not clear,then you will be fooled....!
BOOKING.COM to update their references accordingly after discussing with the property owner and I am surprised how OYO suddenly steps in and wants to resolve the issue between the person who had booked the accommodation and the property owner-in fact,no one from BOOKING.COM had called when the issue was raised/emailed.....!
