I would rate zero stars for this hotel. Its not a hotel, its a apartment converted in to hotel with no standards of maintenance set. I don't know how they are rating 3* for themselves! Food was not eatable. Bathrooms are very dirty, flush was hanging down broken, water is leaking in the bathroom, WC were pathetically maintained, no kitchen facilities, very bad views from the rooms, Zero attention to hygiene in their hotel kitchen, cooks use slipper in the kitchen & it was too messy to watch how they cook. I booked this hotel due to in room kitchen facility, but they refused to give it for short stay. This was ticked yes when I booked the room! the list can go on...!! unfortunately. Sorry I don't recommend this hotel to anyone expecting 3* standard.
Only good part is front desk and house keeping staff is friendly and they do facilitate once you ask anything. They are not very trained though. They must hire people from hotel management backgound.

Drapes were switch controlled which I was not aware of as the switch was not showing the display well..the staff could have informed, it was one bad experience as the room was not dark in the night and I had no experience with electric drape control. This is a very bad experience for me.

A sitting area would have been nice outside to get some fresh air as nowhere to walk. The restaurant was convenient although confusing for visitors. They had an a la carte menu but we we were strongly encouraged to have the buffet because it was busy

We ate in the local restaurants in Bagalur and in town that is approximately 20km away. We rented a car and drove ourselfs, but you need to be an excellent driver to drive in India`s cities. There is a lot of local transport like busses, rickshas, Uber, etc and it is really cheap.

The hotel is close to the airport (10 min drive if taxi takes the toll road, but about half an hour if they decide to go via an old road).
Great breakfast selection, including fresh fruit and items made to order (dosa, omlet etc).
Decent size rooms, quiet area, 24 hour check-in desk. Bed was comfortable with extra pillows.
Room was very clean and neat. We were a group of 4 booked for a night stay for our next day internation flight from Bengaluru Airport. Hotel location is very convenient, 10-15 minutes from Airport and the room was very clean and comfortable. Hotel Restaurant is little pricey but have couple of affordable options near by.
Hotel is amazing. Front Office staffs are very kind. At the time my first booking I was decided for single day stay. But due to careness and respectiveness of Mr. Kavitha madam and Mr. Mohan Sir I staying there more than 10 days.Their interaction with cusromers is very very super.

Nothing except the room. The room was comfortable. The hotel claimed on the Agoda site that it was 3.45 kms from Bengaluru airport whereas it was 19 kms. This is false advertising.
OK hotel for one night when you need to be close to the airport. Room was reasonably clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the Indian Breakfast buffet. Staff were friendly.
