The view and breakfast were exceptional. Reception staff were very helpful. My bedroom was great too, except the toilet seat was hanging loose. I e mailed hotel when I was there, but they didn't bother to reply.

First, the minute we arrived Frank helped us with our bags and brought them inside. Plus he gave us instructions where to park. Then the woman at the front desk (sorry, we didn't get her name) was extremely helpful getting us checked in and gave us info about the hotel dining facilities. Our room was wonderful. Historic furniture (including 2 comfortable chairs!). Comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful bathroom with great water pressure. It was by far the best room we had the entire trip! When we checked out, Mary took exceptional care of us. Also, we had dinner in their bar. Everything was delicious. Wait staff was courteous and helpful.
