Unique property! Our family loved all the games and activities on the first floor. Sleeping area upstairs was spacious, clean and tasteful. Owner was very responsive and a great host. Great location close to Spanish Point and the Cliffs of Moher.

Speaking as someone who went during the off season and in terrible weather, i loved it. The beach is amazing and the history behind it was great to discover while there. (the sun was out in the photos, but it was about 50kmph winds every day lol)

It was a staging post for us but is a very pleasant area. The West coast is so beautiful and this area is no different. I would say perhaps more family friendly as beach was big and sea easy to swim in

We went for a sea view suite which was a little extra but worth it. The room was fantastic with a bath in the middle of the room and a fabulous view out to sea. A four poster bed and a small living area with a electric fire. Along with this the room had a separate bath and shower room, a separate WC and a small walk in wardrobe. The hotel itself was lovely and the food was great. I would stay here again anytime and would still pay the little extra for such a lovely room.

From start to finish the staff were friendly and efficient especially the breakfast staff, the room was very clean and well maintained the location of the hotel gave rise to beautiful views of the sea and all in all it was a wonderful stay and a big yes we will return. Regards Charlie and Angela

We really enjoyed our staycation at The Bellbridge Hotel. The staff are so helpful,with all queries that we had. A great starting point to travel around Co.Clare. Loop Head Lighthouse on a wild and wet Sunday, Inis Mor on a beautiful Monday, Johns Castle Tuesday and Lahinch beach walk on Wednesday
Southwind bnb is cozy, welcoming, and comfortable. Evelyn was a wonderful host and added immensely to the pleasantness of the stay. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, and the whole house was very clean. We enjoyed breakfast very much. Tea and coffee supplies and water were available in our room. The house is walking distance to the beach, a trail, the Armada Hotel, and a pizza restaurant. It’s driving distance from restaurants in the village and a grocery store.
While staying around Clare we booked SPH , it is a great hotel with very comfortable bed, fab shower & very tasty breakfast with great choice & if lucky enough you get to enjoy the outside sunshine with a glass of wine or cup of coffee. The Armada across the road is doing great things for Spanish point and the area with Catch their takeaway food service which sometimes comes with music & sunshine if lucky enough . Thanks for a great stay.
Host was very responsive, but even though this is their guesthouse, I think we only saw them once during the entire stay (excluding check-in and check-out, which were planned). All three kids had an absolute blast in the game room, and our 9-year-old daughter really found her calling as a "bartender" when she was pretending to be a waiter and getting the rest of us drinks and snacks.
Located 2 minute walk from Spanish Point beach. Food in restaurant was really good and also lovely breakfast with lots of choice. A lovely little Ice cream/hotdog etc hut and a bar with small selection of drinks beside carpark with benches and a rooftop terrace. Fab to sit out in after evening meals especially in the gorgeous weather we had.
The house is a couple of minutes from Spanish point beach by car or well walkable. Owners are lovely people very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was good. Southwind is a quite b&b with good parking and amazing views of the Atlantic. Spanish point is a beautiful part of the world. I would definitely recommend Southwind b&b 5 stars 🌟
We were given a room with an adjoin room which was perfect for my daughter to have her own space. Owner was very friendly and offered to drive us back into town in the evening if we wanted since there was limited parking in town due to music festival. Instead we walked down to hotel on the water and heard great music in the pub there.
We absolutely loved our stay here, the pool table, darts and board games kept the kids busy. Beds were super comfortable and in a great location for exploring Cliffs of Moher, Spanish Point beach, Lahinch, Doolin Cave etc! Would definitely recommend and already looking forward to returning!
From check in to check out the service was impeccable, our room/bed was extremely comfortable and breakfast was outstanding. I would highly recommend staying at Armada House and will definitely be going back and staying for longer.
The cottage was cosy, comfortable and clean with every amenity provided. We were a 5 minute walk from the most beautiful beach and next door to The Armada Hotel. We enjoyed our trip so much, we're already planning a return one!
Everything was pristine in our rooms, location was beautiful right across from the sea! The lady that looked after us in Bellbridge house hotel was exceptional, so kind, welcoming, friendly and couldn’t be more helpful!
very helpful staff .We arrived in Spanish Point an hour before The Wedding and The girl on duty Allowed us to our room 4 to change for the wedding. She even brought a scones up to have with our tea . A lovely Welcome
