Had a really comfortable stay here in the cottage. Such a lovely quiet area. The cottage was lovely. No TV or wifi but that didn't matter. It was just what we wanted. Lovely towns and villages short car journey away. There were lovely walks and scenic views of the valleys and waterfalls. Really had a nice time.

This place was better than expected and we loved it. It's been tastefully renovated, the rooms are a great size, the bathrooms are beautiful, and the hosts are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was also wonderful. The tiny, traditional bar across the road was also a great experience to visit.

The unit was bright and modern. The pictures online don’t do it justice. Lots of beds. Tankless hot water for shower. Unit came with a washer and dryer, which is a real bonus. The washer had been disconnected while renovations were done, but not hooked up again. Ena, our contact, went above and beyond, washing our clothes in her own washing machine. The place is in walking distance of two local towns, which contain coffee shop, restauarant, pharmacy, pub. Lovely walking trails nearby. Kkitchen was well supplied with utensils. Ena left us a few snacks and milk to start us off. There is parking for one car, although you could manage two small cars.

Fiona was the most helpful host. She was full of wonderful suggestions on local spots. This unit is attached to her families home and was so quiet & serene. Site offers safe parking & some refreshments to have on hand.
