It's an excellent hotel in a great location. Our room had a lovely view of the river. Staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the restaurants and bar are excellent. We loved the option of sitting outside to eat while watching the boats on the river.

Great property, as we were to leave for airport the next day the location was great. The staff were great, arrived early and they had a room ready. The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Had several items to choose from on the menu

Just peaceful and tranquil the staff were really warm friendly and welcoming. Food was great. Room was very comfortable. Shower was really good and a lovely welcome goody corner with welcome note on arrival. This really was a lovely touch and highly appreciated. People value that as it really expresses an above and beyond welcome and sends the message you are happy to have me! Also a welcome drink on arrival. Reception staff were really lovely and management present and chatting to customers. A really lovely stay.
