For peace and relaxation, Cliff House has amazing sea views, excellent cuisine and spa facilities on the coast at Ardmore.

This friendly hotel has lovely views of the sea and estuary and offers well-priced food. It is a good base for visits to Waterford, Cashel, Cork, and Cobh.

The breakfast was good. Staff was possibly stretched thin. But once they realized we had not been taken care of they brought us coffee. They could have checked back with us. We got what we needed eventually. I own a tour company and wanted to decide if I would use Walter Raleigh Hotel for my groups. I do only 16 people max. 8 to 10 rooms would be required at the most. I can't fault anything with this accommodation. From the very start, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The accommodation itself was to a very high standard, very clean and has the most comfortable beds! It was perfect for myself and 10 friends. It's also located right on the beach and has its own pub just downstairs so it was perfect to be able to just go downstairs for a drink and great atmosphere and then go back without the need for a taxi! The staff were exceptional too. From allowing us to store our kayak somewhere safe for the night to posting back my forgotten belongings when I got home, no request was too much for them! I would 100% recommend urchin loft to any groups looking for the perfect accommodation for an enjoyable stay.

The B&B was easy to find, we always use the post code on our GPS. The car park is directly outside. Room #1 was spacious & very clean & had good Wi-Fi. The bathroom was so large with a great shower. The breakfast was prepared perfectly.
