It was secluded and beautiful place to enjoy the short escape from the city! It exceeds our expectation! The staffs are very exceptional and friendly! We're very grateful how they are very responsive and helpful. The room and the beds are very comfortable. We did sleep well! The vibe of the place is peaceful, just like what we need. There is not a lot to do in Puncak other than the views and...
There is not a lot to do in Puncak other than the views and the cool air. It a place to relax and soak up some of the local food. The traffic getting to and driving around Puncak is monumental so pick your accommodation well. It is unlikely we would return to Puncak to stay other than to go to the Taman Safari, which to be fair is not really in Puncak.
We visited the Cibodas Botanical Garden which was to be honest a waste of time if you wanted to spend time looking at flowers and interesting trees without a great deal of physical effort. The gardens are more a relaxation location for the local residents.

I went on Dec 28 to Dec 30, 2021. We stayed at bungalow Zebra 7, the cleanliness of the bungalow were so so. Might be because of the short of housekeeper staff. But the location is excellent for short getaway from daily routine life. The breakfast meal were good.

Puncak has some great tourist opportunities, but the time taken to move between sites and to return to your hotel is ridiculous. The bottleneck is a single road through Puncak. Every time we travelled on this road, especially after mid day, it would take 1 to 2 hours to travel 5 to 10 kilometers. And this was on a week day. Apparently weekends are worse. Favorite sites were Tanan Safari, Kebun Nusantara (both with great range of facilities, especially for families) and Gunung Mas Tea Plantation, although it is not well organized and I suggest hiring a guide which was really good

Love every minute.
Love every minute. If guests are here to visit the safari park, i wld recommend they spend a night or two at Alam Pesona. It does make a difference. You hv more time to unwind before u start on another adventure

All was very good hotel was very clean and very nice food was fantastic from maqadir and aljazeera resturants mutton biriani , my family really enjoyed safari and water falls people were very friendly overall it was very very good

- special Taman Safari entrance ticket price, free bus to / from Taman Safari to hotel
- The Taman Safari ticket bought can be used until the day of check out, so our family went everyday in a row and completed all games / show there
Love the ambiance. Location pretty close to Safari Park. The pool is on the rooftop, kids got their warm pool. Was nice since Puncak is quite cold. All is good minus the food. The variety of the food was beaten by the cold. Almost all food are cold though they used warmer tools. So sad for that. And also the room bit small.
Breakfast was good with different options of Indonesian and Western food. The fruits were also of good quality. The Cipanas Palace is within walking distance (around 1 km) from the hotel. The view of the forest from the balcony was excellent. We saw some squirrels too.
location is good and close from many places in Puncak. Also the view is amazing and lovely and you can see the green mountians and hear the river sound
The main food area is acceptable for me and I believe it needs to be improved to meet the level of 5 stars hotels.
We received free upgrade, resort looks like a new. Staff, rooms and food are excellent. Rooftop bar is also great and swimming poll as well. Our kids enjoying indoor and outdoor kids facilities. We will come back again for sure.
Health protocols are in place, breakfast was good enough. The place is quite big and you can just staycation there. The food from the resto is just good but you can find food store along the main road, outside the hotel area.
Often stay in this iconic hotel at Puncak Pass since i was a kid. The strategic location, The steak, the riding horse, big garden, the view never change a thing. And the never ending hot water in the bathroom also!!😍
Stayed in zebra 5 with 2br, the unit was clean, the bed was comfortable, hot water available anytime, caravan restaurant for breakfast improved a lot than my last stay. Keep it up safari resort !!
The environment and surrounding is great and relax. the stuff is friendly. i checked in late due to heavy traffic in puncak and they allow me to check out late at 5pm
