Dirty bathroom the wall with many of black mould and the sewage is terrible stink , bathroom can not close unless you use with thin coin, so the smell spread to the bed room.
but the receptions did not want moved use to other rooms. instead try to clean up and poor with hot water. but the smell doesn't go away.
we never come across with the filthy bathroom in any hotel before.
will avoid this hotel if you plan to go to Batam.

Do not take motorbike taxi and taxi, use Grab for both. Most private motor bike taxi and taxi is likely to scam you especially you are not local, driving to a wrong place, look blurr, suddenly don't understand what you are talking about and ask for more money. Locally I can't find any tours. They prefer you to charter the whole taxi to places of interests. It is not worth it for single. Grad don't do tours and private motorbike taxi and taxi can but again plenty of unforseen situations and incidents to milk you for more money along the way. Look for reputable or recommend by hotel is safer, not touts in the streets.

Location: Decently located; you can easily call for Grab to the main malls (Grand Batam Mall/Nagoya Hill Mall) at affordable rates. Travelling time to these malls are within 5 minutes by Grab/Car.
Room: Spacious room. King sized bed was comfortable. Hotel provided extra pillows FOC when requested.
Breakfast: Variation/spread was there but was catered more towards the Muslim guests (which is completely understandable); just a note for people with other food preferences.
Room was spacious and clean. Basic facilities available and in working order. Absolutely loved the breakfast area with the 'made to order' noodles/rice section, the highlight of my stay! There's also a convenience store just opposite the hotel for late night munchies. Good location to Nagoya shopping area too.
No breakfast but lots of restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Nagoya Foodcourt, Nagoya Funcity, DC Mall and Nagoya Hill Mall. The staff are super friendly and the hotel is spotless! Kudos to housekeeping team.
