Good place to laze around with the family. Lake Balaton is an absolute gem in the heart of Hungary and is a bucket list item for anyone. Gorgeous sunsets + clean lake = lovely opportunity to swim basking into the twilight.
People were generally friendly. They have an awesome electronic music festival (Balaton Sound) in late June early July with some top name djs.
An enjoyable modern apartment in a perfect location for the beach and excursions. Comfortably accommodating our family of 5. All kitchen essentials are present for breakfast and quick top-up meals. Conveniently close location to the (free) beach, essential shops, restaurants, etc. Free secure parking was a bonus. The host was extremely helpful and prompt to answer any questions we had during our stay. I'd highly recommend the property to all who plan to visit the South Coast of Balaton.
We had a wonderful time in Platanus Panzio. The room was very clean and spacious, while the beach (which is the biggest free one in Balaton) was only a few hundreds meters away from the entrance. In the garden we had a grill during the night and played some ping-pong. If you are looking for more "action" for the night Siofok is only 1 station away by train, or ~30 mins by bike.
In one word everything.
- The place was well equipped, and you had a beautiful view to the Balaton which was really close to the property.
- The restaurants are nearby in a really short walking distance.
- There were parking lots near the place.
- The owner was very helpful and very friendly.
I would come back to this place any time.
Sensational location- very close to the lake, and the village itself very nice, lots of restaurants, and at the same time a lot of peace and quiet. As for the hotel itself, there is a swimming pool, pinpong and other entertainment. Staff very helpful and friendly
The hotel is fantastic for a family with small kids. There are kids corner inside, lots of outdoor game outside.
We were there at the hottest day, stayed at 2nd floor and the air condition were very efficient..

Nice small camping near balaton, possible to have parking near mobile house. A/C unit inside the house. Lady on receptuon speak english very well. There is 1 bistro and 1 small fast food on site.

Very nice welcome ! We just stayed to sleep during Balaton festival and it was perfect next to strain stop ! Outside garden is cool even if we did not use it . All kitchen availability
