Everything about the hotel itself was great. My room was large with a great view. I really got lucky there as I had a top-floor room on the southwest corner of the hotel. The pool/spa area is amazing. With "Spa" in the name of the hotel, this is important. Everything is clean and very well kept up. The food, while not varying much from day to day, was extremely good. Overall, a wonderful experience. There are shops, restaurants, and cafes just a few minutes' walking distance from the hotel. There is also a grocery store just northeast of those shops. The hotel is located in a small village so the area is nice and quiet.

Spacious room, large bathroom, assorted fridge. Meals were unexpectedly rich, with plenty of foods they were growing on their own farm. Assorted bar and nice terrace where to enjoy a relaxing cocktail. Staff was friendly, could help in English too.

The small town is a bit neglected, the pavement is potholed, and the evening lighting is also weak. The spa mainly focuses on families with children. The swimming pool was closed, replaced by a water park for children. So there is no proper swimming pool. Restaurant options are very poor. Very high prices with very bad food. There was only one exception, the main building upstairs restaurant.

As written the wellness was the only part that met our expectations. The service was slow, the staff very unfriendly. The food was ok for adults but very poor options for kids. And that for a lot of money. There are much better wellness hotels where I’ve already been.

Zalakaros is a friendly town in Zala County.
Zalakaros is a friendly town in Zala County. We love the atmosphere and the friendliness of all the people we met there.
You can spend days in the termal spa, visit the natural wonders nearby, go for sightseeing with dotto, segway or electric bikes.
If you are a first-time visitor it is worth to check the Tourist Office in the center.

We used Zalakaros as a stopover to/from our main holiday (in Croatia), and what a good choice it was. It is a beautiful town, clean and well kept. The Spa is also very clean and well managed. I would also strongly recommend the Koma Restaurant - superb food, great service and value for money.

I only visited for the Tour de Zalakaros cylcling race and stayed for only 2 nights, but if possible for a next year visit hope I can stay a bit longer to discover more about the city and its surrounding areas, check out the Szilágyi Pastry Shop (has a high recommendation rating), the Thermal Spa, one of many restaurants, and also visit the Zalakaros Lookout but not just climbing it on a bike but just walking up there should be a pleasent sight too. It's also recommended to go on a solo/family cylcing tour, you get to enjoy some seriously beautiful scenery. ;)
Csak a Tour de Zalakaros kerékpáros verseny miatt utaztam le és csak 2 éjszakát maradtam, de ha jövőre lesz lehetőségem újra eljönni, akkor remélhetőleg hosszabb ideig tudok majd maradni és Zalakaros teljes egészét bejárhatom majd, a Szilágyi Cukrászdába ellátogatni (egész magas értékelést adtak nekik), a Termál fürdőt, bármelyik étterembe a sok közül :) Felmászni a zalakarosi kilátóhoz is, de nem csak bringával ezúttal, hanem gyalog is, hogy gyönyörködhessek a kilátásban. :)
Egyéni/családi kerékpáros túra is ajánlott, csodálatos látványban lesz részünk. ;)
For breakfast they had big offer, breakfast was good.I liked spa, it was small, but it had everything you needed to relax. They also had pool outside and garage under the hotel, so that was great. I liked balcony in our room. The lady on reception was kind and she could speak english. They mostly speak german, but we found a waiter who was speaking english.
Staff was super nice, they worked from morning to the evening every day same personal and still keep smiling so bravo to them... Dear hotel management do everything to keep them!! The hotel facilities were super nice also breakfast and dinner was excellent, they offered everything you can imagine...
The spa and the pools are accessable through a hallway from the hotel, so you don't have to go outside. It is a perfect place for families with or without kids for all ages.
Great choices of food, nice wine selection from the menu.

Calm environment; large parking lot; possibility of grilling; attractions for children; the owner of the accommodation speaks a little German but very little English. Mainly german visitors, which means good quality. Spacy apartments for reasonable price.
Everything was perfect, the staff was very professional and helpful, the hotel is very nice, very clean, nice facilities, everything you could ask for. Parking free of charge in front of the hotel, easy to use connection to the spa, excellent food.
Really nice hotel, with very friendly staff. Perfect view from the swimming pool, over the country side. A bottle of Hongarian Champagne at arrival, very nice touch. Even able to enjoy the jacuzzi and sauna after sunset.
We were in Park Inn By Radisson on several occasions, and we like it a lot. Excellent for business trip. Nice spacious rooms, clean and more than generous breakfast and dinner.
I can only recommend, close to the spa and center, well equipped, quiet, very cosy. Even included toys for kids and Coffee machine. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you!
There was no brekfast included in our booking. The stay was very pleasnt, altbeit we only stayed for a night. For the price of our stay, it was a good choice.
Great location, close to the Thermal Spa. Kids loved the pool inside building. The apatman is nice, well kept and was renovated. The kitchen was well equiped.
