The reason to stay overnight here is to get on an early flight. There is no train service early enough from other parts of Hungary to get to the airport for early flights, so staying over the night before is the best option.

I only stayed at the airport because my flight was so early. I think I would rather take a taxi from a city hotel next time even if it means leaving earlier. There are much cheaper hotels near the train station if you do choose to spend a night, dont stay at the ibis!

I was there overnight to meet my sister in law the following morning to begin a trip together. The room was exceptionally clean and my flight was very late arriving due to chaos at Amsterdam airport. Someone was still there well after midnight to meet me and take me to the room. Nothing was too much for anyone to do to help me.

I loved how close the Ibis was to the airport. We were able to enjoy a great breakfast selection in a pleasant dining area. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and attractive. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!
If I could rate the cleanliness of the room, I'd give it 6 stars. Very easy to get to and from the airport. We only interacted with one member of the staff, but she was very nice. The room was spacious and has obviously been renovated recently as all of the facilities (shower, A/C, etc were in great working condition. The only concern that we had was that there wasn't an ATM nearby and the hotel only takes cash. There is a great restaurant across the street that took cards but we had to use all of our cash to pay for the room.
I only stayed one night, the night before an early flight home, but the hotel was so good when I next visit Budapest, this time next year, I will investigate commuting to my event. Top quality bathroom, very comfortable bed, tea/coffee making facilities in room, air conditioning, charming staff, free breakfast (which you actually want to eat) regular shuttle to airport, also free. Pleasant outside space for a drink, if you were so inclined. There seemed to by a gym too, but I didn't investigate.
Super clean apartment. Andrea was very friendly and welcoming, meeting us upon arrival. Everything was comfortable, great beds and kitchen. We were traveling with a baby, and there was a baby cot with an extra comfortable mattress (which is not always the case in hotels/apartments).
Highly recommend this apartment if you need a place close to the airport.
Everything was perfect. We arrived late at around 11:45 PM and the owner waited for us at the reception desk. The owner was very helpful and guided us to our room. We enjoyed our stay and for the price we paid, this hotel room was totally worth it. Around 4 km away from the airport by Taxi and we reached within 5 minutes. This hotel is highly recommended.
Excellent location for rest before or after a flight from Budapest airport. Very close to the airport, easy to find. Very good sleeping conditions, quiet, safe parking for the car. Very good communication with the owner. Although I arrived in the middle of the night, I received the room in 5 minutes. We absolutely recommend!
Great option to spend a night close to the Budapest airport. Amazingly quiet and calm neighborhood. Very nice house with several apartments. Super clean, enough space, excellent wi-fi. Very nice hosts, everything was smooth and clear. Absolutely better option than the airport hotel, and the taxi fare is quite reasonable.
The location was reasonably close to the airport. We had a flight that left late at night. My companion was not feeling well, so we opted to rest a few hours. However, the hotels right on/near the airport property were sold out, and understandably, at the last minute. Staff was really good; it was a family environment.
I liked that we were very close to the airport and I really appreciated that the host gave me all the information and contacts I needed to get to the airport as easily as possible.
I would definitely recommend it to my friends and I will come back when I will fly again from Budapest airport.
The hotel's location close to the airport makes it ideal for travellers but that also means that people are constantly arriving and leaving throughout the night. As such, it can be difficult to get any sleep! However, the people at reception were really helpful and friendly.
I decided to stay there overnight as my flight arrived very late. Room is very spacious and was very clean, amenities are good..check-in and check-out process was seamless!

If you look a cheap, good accomodation near Budapest airport (5 minutes by car), I can only recommand.
Great impressions overall! The hotel is a small one, located close to the airport and huge hypermarket mall. The kitchen is equipped with everything from plates and cutlery to coffee machine and microwave oven. Definitely perfect value for money.
Easy check in, clean place and good bed. Bolt taxi was only €7. Really loved the apartment being heated before our arrival and also appreciate the bottle of water provided free. If we ever stop in Budapest airport again we will come back
