The room was clean and beds were good. Refrigerator was nice and cold and air conditioner did a good job. Bathroom also looked clean and neat.
Breakfast was good. Sandwiches were fresh and the fried egg was tasty. There were lots of different toppings for the bread.
Once the lodge of the forester of the noble Esterhazy family and then a hunting lodge, the Hotel Kardosfa is located 6.2 mi south of Kaposvár in the scenic Zselic Nature Reserve.
