Very nice apartment, decorated with taste, with lots of details. There is even a bound book with additional information.
My wife and I travel a lot, but we have never met a host like Ferdinando.
In addition to very simple and direct communication before arrival, he welcomed us upon arrival, showed us everything we needed, with small valuable details, such as bottles of water on the table, beer in the fridge, coffee and tea to make ourselves if we wanted...
After about 15 minutes, an additional surprise - he comes with his wife and brings us food, very nicely served and tasty (not included in the price)
The electricity goes out during the night, and there is no electricity in the morning either. After I informed him about it, Ferdinando immediately comes and tries to solve it but fails. After that, he offers to refund our money, which of course we did not accept because it was not his fault.
After leaving, I get a message from him:
"Hi Nermin, thanks again for your understanding. The only problem was a bad contact after last night's blackout. However, in the future, I'll offer you a free night if you're still in this area (subject to availability of dates). Just contact me on Viber and I will tell you availability. Thanks again and have a good trip"
