It is a great stop for people biking around the lake. There is space to put the bikes, the room is good for 1 night, there is even a pool to refresh ourselves. Restaurants are also not to far by, where you can enjoy a nice dinner. Breakfast was ok.

City Balatonmariafurdo have the nice location next to the Balaton, is close to restaurants, shops. Food is very good, weather all time very nice and generaly it's very cheap in Balatonmariafurdo. We are happy.

We were a group of retirees from Canada who were cycling around Balaton. Small hotel with local feel. Receptionist is often away from desk. We appreciated the secure area they gave us to lock up our 7 bikes. We ate dinner across the street rather than in their restaurant.
Breakfast was good - typical Eastern European buffet - . ( meat, cheese, yoghurt, bread & sweet buns. Can’t remember everything - it was a month ago that we stayed there.
Very friendly hosts, even if it was Christmas and there was no one else in the place except me, the service was very helpful and the buffet breakfast + omelette + coffee (only 1 guest in the hotel!) were delicious!
Would love to come again, ideally in the summer, since the whole area is deserted in winter apparently.

Very good customer service, spacious and comfortable room, very good breakfast (especially coffee :)) The hotel is short walking distance to the beach and small city center with a few restaurants (you can also eat in hotel restaurant) and supermarket.
Even though there were some unexpected complications with our room before arrival, the staff was extremely helpful and assigned us to another room.
The hotel is easily accessible, close to all amenities. Overall, we were satisfied.
Great price to value in a small family run hotel centrally located. First floor rooms with balcony, AC, fridge and antique look furniture. Breakfast with variety of choices can also be eaten outside on covered terrace.
