Diana was amazing. She helped me a arrange a taxi from the airport even though my flight was delayed for 4 hours, she stayed up and helped me get there! She was accommodating and the huge place was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel. Close to airport which I appreciated since landing so late. GRACIAS!

They over charge for a room, made my father pay an extra 70 to get in and then when questioned why they were rude. Very unprofessional and I basically ended up paying $126 for one room for one night! Ridiculous!!
