I arrived 1am wee hour. The reception was exceptionally warmth and helpful. He came out to greet me and helped me with both my luggages. For someone who had travelled the last 29 hours, this is very comforting when one is far from home and extremely exhausted.
He checked me in swiftly and in an orderly fashion briefed me step by step. He even offered to help bring my luggages to outside my room. I thanked him and could managed using the lift. He went beyond what i had experienced considered i had travelled to so many places for work and for leisure.
His reception is above the 5 stars hotel.
Congratulations to the management for your excellent employee. He should duly be recognized.

We looked for a room close to the airport since we arrived at night and had to pick our rental car the next day. This hotel was perfect for us. A few minute drive from the airport, but quite place which felt safe. The rooms were comfortable (except for one room where the matress was too hard to sleep on). Rooms were clean, had a little balcony attached, and the staff was very nice and hospitable.

There is probably no reason to stay in Thermi except...
There is probably no reason to stay in Thermi except closeness to the airport and a mere 13Euro taxi ride to the center of Thessaloniki. It's a calm alternative to the hotels in Thessaloniki with little or no pool and sun beds.
Hotel is very close to the airport. The room is very comfortable and is cleaned regularly. Staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and helped with whatever I needed, including laundry and calling taxis for me. The included breakfast was tasty and very plentiful, especially for a hotel breakfast. The hotel itself and the area is very quiet (with the exception of the nearby go-kart course which is active occasionally).
Among the options that are around the airport, this seemed the best price/quality option for us at the time.
We landed 1:30am and our next flight was around 7:30am, so we just needed a place to crash at.
it does the job, it’s nearby (not walking distance though), but it seems it was a sports/tennis club turned hotel or something
The room itself was alright, but the hallways, elevator, etc were really lacking in hygiene
I was there for one night before my flight early morning.the transfer to the airport was free,you just need to request if when you check in the hotel.the staff was really friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was great ,very well presented and affordable. The atmosphere was excellent. My room was clean .breakfast was good as well .very good place to stay and you can enjoy the pool also
Its a very basic hotel , with not even tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast is quite poorly. No choice of fried or scrambled eggs , they where just boiled wether you liked them or not. No bacon , just a few coctail sausages out of a can. The cheese was poor quality . No tea or coffee dispensers , you had to keep asking the attendand , who doubles up as a receptionist too.
We made a mistake with the dates by booking for the wrong day.
We sent a request to change the date and within a few minutes the hotel responded with a positive answer .

I was pleasantly surprised with the food quality of the restaurant (excellent for an airport hotel). Even though we couldn't use the pool (there was a thunderstorm that day), the pool was quite big and the facilities around the pool (chairs, sunbeds) looked new.

Our flight landed after midnight, but the hotel shuttle arrived less than 10 minutes after my call. The stuff was effective and polite. Good breakfast outside on the lovely terrace. And shuttle back to the airport just on time, as requested
The hotel is really near the airport. 5min with a car/taxi. They can organise a transfer from a hotel with an extra cost.

Perfect location for the quick connection to the airport. Hotel is providing excellent shuttle servis to and from the airport, our car stayed at the hotel parking, protected from the sun, free of charge (comes with apartment booking).
The staff at the hotel was accommodating and friendly. One of the people working the front desk helped my partner and me order food because we didn't speak Greek. The colors in the room were fun and comforting.
Although I couldn’t call to the hotel at the airport because of my phone problem, the hotel responded to my text messages immediately and could take the shuttle bus at midnight. Staffs were so nice and helpful.
It’s soooo sooo smelly. The rooms are tiny , the whole place smells , I couldn’t stay !!! I felt like throwing up we changed the hotel we couldn’t sleep because of the smell , they didn’t refund us
