We enjoyed everything starting from the helpful and friendly pickup to the dropoff at the port (by Andreas with Symi tours arranged in advance free by the hotel), the lovely welcome and service throughout, the excellent food with traditional meals (Kleftika, Moussakka, Stifado, etc), and even special gluten-free care (by chef Arthur), and the cleanliness and service by ALL the staff. The new upgrades by management (by Markos) to enhanced WiFi and the different areas to relax with the loungers for a drink fee, or any of the other relaxing free areas were all excellent. Only steps across from the hotel is the perfectly clear waters for perfect swimming and the water taxi to two nearby beaches (also walking distance if desired). Nearby are a few markets and restaurants. The bus to Symi ran on the hour.
AC, fridge, and hot water showers all great!
The relaxed welcoming attitude and care by all on staff helped make our stay a wonderful relaxing and recuperating time. Two handicapped rooms are also available. We loved our side partial view balcony of the sea and the quiet of the village.
Centrally in Symi Town, Iapetos Village is surrounded by a 5382 ft² garden with palm trees and stone-paved courtyards. It offers traditional accommodation and free Wi-Fi throughout.

Perfect location for travellers who love watching harbour activities. New Doors and windows make rooms soundproof so PERFECT.. This is SYMI so a few steep steps are expected but have a solid helpful handrail. The left luggage facility is ingenious and much appreciated.

There are lots of very good restaurants in Symi all within easy distance of the Pitini-Sevasti house. There are also some lovely walks to places such as Emporio Bay and around the beautiful streets of Symi.

Symi is always special. This was my first time going there for Easter. It was awesome to see family and friends. Everyone on Symi is friendly. The restaurants are some of the best in Greece. Go to Panormitis, walk the Kali Strata, visit the shops and enjoy!

Everything was very good.
Everything was very good. The only problem was the meet and greet, which didn’t happen. We had to find the place ourselves and even when we got there they weren’t expecting us. Thank goodness the cleaner was there to let us in. Otherwise, all was good. Would definitely recommend this place, room 8.

Symi is very beautiful and there are some lovely restaurants along the harbour. We would recommend walking up to the lovely church on top of the hill that you can see from the harbour as the view is fantastic. The closest beach didnt seem to have much there so and was very small so we walked along the rugged coastline but it was very rocky to get down into the water! We walked to the village Chorio high up in the mountain where there is a pretty church and an amazing view of Symi. It was lovely to see mountain goats and see chickens along the rugged pathway. We wish we had stayed another day so we could have visited the Monastery.

Symi is a beautiful little island, with an abundance of shops and restaurants to browse and choose from. We stayed around the main harbour area and didn't feel the need to hire a car or take a bus anywhere. We were happy to relax on our balcony for the most part, read, drink coffee and people watch. We did venture to the walk to the small beach one day for a swim, which was lovely.
The location is the most perfect, just on the edge of the water, on the quiet part of Symi and only 10 minutes walk from the busy part of the port. The view from the terrace is just breathtaking! The studio is comfortable and very clean. The host Fotini is the most adorable and warm host you could find in Greece, always spoiling us with breakfast, pies and fruits, she picked up and bring us back to the port. I would like to thank her again to make our stay so wonderful.
Irene's hospitality and tranquil location of her apartments reminded me of Greece of old. Each morning she came with a smile and baring gifts of coffee & snacks. This made us feel like guests rathan just another tourist. It was so refreshing to have a large spacious one bedroom apartment rather than a small stuffy studio, especially in the July heat. The views of Symi were spectacular and only a few meters walk to the water and a spot to jump in and cool off.
This was a wonderful place in an ancient building, right on the road on the water (which we could see out the windows and door), very convenient to restaurants (one next door), cafes, beaches, everything that the port of Symi has to offer. The space was large and the owners had provided everything one might need for a happy stay, even a bottle of their own wine, and homemade jam!
We had a wonderful stay in Symi! The accommodation was small, but comfortable for two people and nicely designed. We knew the facilities beforehand, so we came prepared with everything we needed and were very happy with our choice. The location was excellent – just a 2-minute walk from all the main amenities, including taxis and sea taxis. A perfect spot in a beautiful island!
It is a spacious, super clean house with the most stunning view of Symi. Ms Sevasti is an excellent host and she will make you feel like visiting family. the house is above average equipped and you will find first supplies that most Hosts do not provide: breakfast, wine, cleaning products etc. highly recommended property. We will definitely visit again. Thank you!
The place was super nice, clean, comfortable, bed is amazing.location is good considering the island is very small and full of stairs, bus stop is next to the property.
We had a warm welcome from the host and he was 24/7 reachable for any questions and suggestions.
There is a small cafe downstairs and mini market on the corner.Great value for the money!
We booked Hotel Albatros for our three-night stay in Symi based on others' reviews. It exceeded our expectations. The location could not be more convenient, the room is very clean, the breakfast excellent and Nikolas the hotel manager is the kindest and most genuine host we have come across. We really felt at home.
It is the best place i have ever stayed at Symi and i have stayed in many different places. The view was almost as fantastic as the hosts Michail and Brigitte❤️
I will definitely return and I will always recommend this beautiful location to others.
Best regards Jonas
The location was Excellent. We had a wonderful one night stay in this beautiful, charming Island. Our room was impeccable and the service was wonderful. We had an included breakfast out on the veranda that was perfect before we headed to the ferry.
The hotel was set on the harbour front so the views we had of Symi town and the sea were stunning.
All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was good although a toaster would have been good but this was not a big issue.
Great location near the center. Super clean room and with good new decoration, probably recently renovated. Transfer was available from and to the harbor. Availability to order food from the adjacent hotel. Every day cleaning.
the room was an original family home that overlooked the harbor and colorful homes of Symi. Near to town, but far enough away to be quiet. The owner met us at the ferry and was helpful and accommodating. He was a great host.
The location was wonderful and the sense of being in a genuine Greek home not a soulless hotel. We enjoyed that it was in a quieter part of Symi. It was well equipped and the owners were very responsive.
the property was lovely and really close to town , yannis was amazing and really took care of us, drove us from and to the ferry port to the hotel, 100% recommend to anyone that is staying in symi !!
Great location at the quiet end of the harbour right by the sea. We watched yachts and ferries arriving. Great fun! Symi is beautiful. Hot tub was
great! Maria, the cleaner, was charming.
A fabulous little hotel, stayed one night wished we had been there longer.everything about it was first class. Wouldn’t even consider staying anywhere else on Symi.
The property was in the village of Symi close to all the shops & restaurants . We received a free transfer from the ferry to the hotel which was an added bonus .
