The position is great, in front of the port on the raised edge so you have a good view onto it and out to sea. It felt very relaxed. The interior was modern and bright.

We were in Spetses for 3 nights at the end of May. We very much enjoyed our stay with The Armata Boutique Hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming upon arrival. Our room had one of the balconies overlooking the pool, which we enjoyed every evening. The room was a decent size. It was clean and well taken care of. I prefer a slightly softer mattress, but my spouse was quite happy with the firmness of the mattress.
The location was perfect for walking to most places in the area: less than 5 minutes to the main part of town, and about a 25 min walk to the Old Port area. We did not rent motor bikes for our stay, but many people do. Stefania, at the front desk, provided excellent restaurant suggestions, which we followed, and were not disappointed. Definitely take the time to ask, and see if reservations can be made for you in advance. The daily breakfast was a treat. There was something for everyone and more.
