1. The location of the hotel complex is way further than the center of the city in regards to what is advertised. 2. The room looked way bigger in the pictures 3. The room was clearly not cleaned properly (floor, sheet stains, dusty furniture) and additionally the shower had a problem were all the water was running out in the floor of the bathroom (I have pictures and videos). Finally the personnel informed us that our 3 day stay wasn’t enough time for the problem to be resolved or for us to be moved in a different room.
