Everything! The rooms were airy and bright , the beds were so comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean! The staff were amazing -always kind, helpful and they looked after us so well. The food was excellent with a wide variety of foods and something for everyone at each meal. The resort is huge with excellent facilities and a wide range of activities for all ages while also being relaxing and fun.

I liked that the host worked with us with the late arrival time we had because of a delayed flight. There was no hard feelings towards us having to arrive late and we were greeted with a smile and a couple of waters in the room as well! We also received an upgrade free of charge , so that was great news as well. The property was very clean and everyone was super friendly. The parking area was small, but it was no big deal because the property across the street allowed us to park in their area if no parking was available at our hotel. We did not utilize the pool area because we went to the beach everyday, but they seemed like a nice option for people who did want to use it . The flowers in the area were really pretty too.

The cleaning staff were always available and friendly. We could tell that various staff were knowledgable regarding hotel information from the conversations we had with them as we got around the property, as everyone was graciously accommodating and able to tell us details about what we were inquiring about. I liked the pool area, it was spacious, green, and comfortable with lots of lounges. The pool itself was great too, well maintained and the water was nice. The breakfast was great, everyday we woke up looking forward to it. The manager also helped us out when we had issues with the room and internet. When we arrived, Corfu was experiencing some wildfires in the northeast (near the resort) and had evacuated people. I messaged them a few days beforehand to make sure it was safe to come, they assured me the fire was far from them. Everyday they gave updates to guests and kept everyone notified. Luckily, the wildfires were controlled quickly and by day 3 there was no longer any smoke in the area.
