Quite and nice location. Very comfortable and wide suite with outdoor Jacuzzi. The pool was attractive. Sitting around the pool was very relaxing. Food was delicious. So friendly and helpful staff. Receptionists were very greatful with our stay, smiling and have good informations about the attractive places.
I would like to thank both Stavroula and Ltigenia who made our stay easy. They were reachable for any assistance anytime. Transport through the hotel was arranged in such a smooth way through the driver Mike who was cooperative with good price.

We loved everything about this property: the location, interior decoration, architecture, views of Santorini and the sea. The amenities were excellent, and the hotel provides a fantastic breakfast with one of a kind views. The owners and resident chef who prepared the breakfast were all very kind and hospitable people. We never wanted to leave! Truly, are time at Arxegano Cave Hotel was the highlight of our trip.

Pirgos is definitely worth a visit for authentic Santorini village. Boasts several great restaurants and shops on the twisting alleys leading to The Castle. Panoramic views across the mountains and out to the sea. Very welcoming locals and a range of accommodation from the most sophisticated Skyfall Suites to the most beautiful welcoming and authentic Olyra Cave Houses. I definitely recommend and will return. The Bakery also offers wonderful Orange Cake and Sourdough Boules along with stunning choice of desserts, cake and ices!

My visit to Pirgos Kallistis in Santorini was nothing short of magical! This charming village, perched on a hill, offers some of the most stunning views on the island. Wandering through the narrow, winding streets felt like stepping back in time, with each turn revealing picturesque houses, quaint cafes, and beautiful churches.
The atmosphere in Pirgos is wonderfully serene, a perfect escape from the busier parts of Santorini. The friendly locals added to the charm, always greeting us with warm smiles and helpful tips about the best spots to explore.
One of the highlights was the incredible panoramic view from the top of the village. We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets that painted the sky in brilliant hues of orange and pink, a sight that will stay with me forever.
The food in Pirgos was fantastic too! We indulged in delicious traditional Greek cuisine at several local tavernas, each meal a delightful experience of fresh, flavorful dishes.
Overall, Pirgos Kallistis is a hidden gem in Santorini. It's perfect for those looking to experience the authentic beauty and tranquility of the island. I can't recommend it enough!

A smaller and quieter town off the beaten track, perfect for those looking to get away from the bustle of Oia or Fira but still have access to shops and restaurants. Beautiful views from the top of the whole west coast of the island, very romantic at night. Walking distance to other towns including Megalochori and also vineyards there. There is a bus service here but as with all buses in Santorini service can be unpredictable, and crowded so best to find another mode of transport if not already staying here!

Pirgos is a lovely village 10 mins from the airport....but you wouldn't know it was that close noise wise.
The village has quite a few restaurants so not short of choice. It also has a mini mart and a bakery and a really good pharmacy should you need one. So really quite the perfect place with all you could want.
There is a bus service so you can get into the main town Fira and from there to other places on the island fairly easily and cheaply.
All in all it a really excellent place to stay

The hotel’s attention to details and the excellent service made our accommodation unforgettable
The room was very clean and warm, making us feel like home! Last but not least, the Pool area was well maintained and we spent many hours there !
Highly recommended for a gateway , we will be visiting again soon for sure !
The hotel is absolutely beautiful with large rooms and private hot tubs / pools. The view is stunning and location is perfect, situated away from the crowds and in a quiet and central location to explore Santorini.
The host Soula and the whole team were extremly kind and helpful. With Soula's History degree, you might want to get a few tips from her on places to visit and good tavernas. Absolutely outstanding!!

The apartment was spacious, very clean and had everything you need for a great holiday. Theoni was very helpful and friendly. The daily restock of water, sodas, beer and sweets was also a plus!
The location is also a plus, is close to restaurants, a bakery, a bus stop and the center of Pyrgos.
The property is at excellent and prime location. The owner and the staff are very friendly. The reported issues were fixed on timely manner. The owner sent us videos guiding us to the hotel as we were going to arrive at 3:30 am midnight. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.
