Hotel is located right on the beach, sunbeds are included. Nice beach bar. Very good breakfast, lots of options, restaurant is very clean, great views from the restaurant and terrace to the sea, nice music during breakfast, atmosphere, nice music during the day, on the terrace, as well. Not to loud, lounge atmosphere.
Hotel is very clean, well maintained, rooms a cleaned-up every day, cleaning ladies are very nice. Beds are big, there are more pillows options if the ones offered do not suit you. A plus for us were the blackout drapes.
Personnel is very welcoming, well trained, helpful.
Perea is not very big, there are lots of restaurant options on the beach promenade. The hotel is located at the end of the promenade, so close to everything and at the same time quieter.
The beach is not big, but nice, sandy and water is not deep at all, perfect for kids.
It can be crowded during weekends, but during weekdays it was perfect.
Very good options for families with kids, because it is very convenient and the hotel staff made our group feel welcome.
Hotel offers also massage services with good prices. Unfortunately, we only got the offer on the last day of the stay and we did not use the service.
Really enjoyed our stay here and we will be back.

An exceptional accommodation so near the Airport. After almost a nine hour flight from the US, it was wonderful to check into the Royal whose comfort and cleanliness are superb. The breakfast the next morning was a feast for us since airline food the night before was lacking in subtance and flavor.
Just 33 feet from the beach, in the area of Peraia, Hotel Aigli offers rooms with free WiFi access and includes a restaurant with sea views and a snack bar.

A sweet place close to Thessaloniki. It has everything you need. In November, when we were there, everything was working, most of the cafes and restaurants, which particularly delighted me. I think I will visit Pereu again.

Right on the seaside with beautiful views, it was a great surprise and excellent value which made our delay experience so much nicer

Peraia is a nice relatively small town, but has everything...
Peraia is a nice relatively small town, but has everything you'd need. Reasonable supermarkets in town are available. There is a pier from where you can get a boat to Thessaloniki. The beach itself is nice and not overly busy, but busier at weekends as gets crowds in from city.
The promenade is lined with bars and restaurants so whether it's a coffee, cocktail, beer or a relaxing Greek meal, there is plenty to whet the appetite. There are also a couple of small gaming places and you can hire kids bikes / scooters.
A water park (Waterland Thessaloniki) is 20 minutes away by car and the city is 30 minutes away which is well worth a visit with plenty of history, culture to see and the nightlife is also vibrant in the city.

We have been to Perea several times before and love the fact that it's away from the city's business yet still close enough. We have found Perea bit cleaner than previous times however unfortunately still seeing a fair amount of pollution on the streets, beach and ocean unfortunately. Restaurants are generally very well priced with good food. Worth getting the waiter to re-read you order since there is a language gap with locals that has caused some confusion before. Would also be great if they had no smoking restaurants and beaches but rather designated smoking areas. Non smokers, pregnant women and children are constantly exposed to second hand smoke and buds are littered everywhere. Would definitely be a hotspot and highly recommended after a clean up.

The place is ok-ish but this is the first place in Greece in which we aren't coming back for sure. :D There is a lot of restaurants but very few good one and the water/beach is very dirty (seagrass mostly).

Very average place (and beach). Nothing special to do. Also all the beaches nearby (in Thessaloniki) are average or bellow average. It is cheaper then standard Greek touristic places. And the best thing is that it is close to Thessaloniki which is very nice city to hangout.
Wonderfull accommodation 20m from the sea and a large balcony with sea view. Household appliances equipped with all necessary devices and 4 Tv with Netflix, 4 air condition and gas heating, clean, cozy and comfortal and exactly as advertised. The host are very friendly, kindly and helpful.
It’s 10 minutes from Thessaloniki airport, 12 minutes from Ikea and Cosmos Mediterranean and 20 minutes from Centar of Thessaloniki.
Can't recommend enough 10 out of 10 across the board, definitely again will stay in Apartman Perea for my next visit.
Everything was perfect : the houst, ( the owners) aee very kindly and nice and helpfull, the apartmant, wich is very secured, top location, on the promenade, on the beach, every detail, the botle of water in the frige, when we arrived, all the equipment for cooking and for toilet. And Perea is big place, with everything that you need, and the sea is warm and clean with sandy beach. And Thessaloniki is in the near, you can reach it with car, bus or ship. ( like a ferry). All the best recommendations for Lux Vip apartmants in Perea !
A brand new building at a perfect location, almost at the beach. The room was lovely with air-conditioning, very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and a huge terrace. It was sparkling clean. Also, we arrived there in a very tough situation as our Airbnb host cancelled just before we arrived in Greece and the ladies running this place managed to prepare our room in less than 30min so we could relax after the stressful arrival. The hostess is very kind and communication was a pleasure. We'll be back for sure.
Spent three nights at this apartment with my family and we get a really nice stay. Very clean, all facilities in the apartment. 5 minute walk to the supermarket, bakery, clothing store. The apartment is on the nice Perea Beach where you can find a new restaurant and bar every day.
Can highly recommend Joy Bar, Dolphins and Abuelos for great food and drinks. You can take the boat to Thessaloniki right below the apartment. This trip takes 50 minutes, costs €6 one way and can really be recommended.
Everything was great! 😍 The owner Mary was amazing, very nice and always helpful. I liked the spacious room, air-conditioning was fine as well, we had a balcony. We did not have breakfast, but there was always a toast bread, marmalades, butter and biscuits ready in our room, free of charge. Instant coffee and instant cappuccino, tea as well. The hotel is right next to beach. Me and my husband were very satisfied.
Very pleasant experience. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a couple of meters away from the beach. Right next to the hotel, there is a pier from which one can take a boat to Thessaloniki. Around the hotel there were many restaurants, bakeries, shops and anything one may need. I would highly recommend staying there.
The property has everything including safety. On top of that it's cleanliness is immaculate. It is walking distance to the seaside with bars and restaurants with bakeries 2 mins walk. The pool area securely locks for kids safety. Rooms equipped with insect screens.

We loved this place in Perea, the room was really comfortable, with a lovely balcony with sea views, everything was clean and the little kitchen had everything we needed. There was also some coffee and biscuits for a "first" breakfast.
Intructions for check-in were really clear and it worked well.

I spent one night in Perea in order to pick someone up at Thessaloniki Airport (BTW: you can park there for free up to 20 minutes). The location is ideal for that kind of operation but not for people who come for beach adventures. By bicycle everything is near but on foot it is a bit of a walk to the nearest grocery store etc.
Property is really few steps from beach , market , bakery... Easy to find parking . Apartment is very clean with big balcony.They have baby cot witch is very quality, our baby slept very good . .
