Everything! The Levantes is a hidden gem on an Ios and I wish we could have stayed longer. As a boutique hotel it has the right amount of rooms, each unique. The owners are a local family, and the staff went out of their way to may our stay wonderful. The pool area is stunning with a view of the beach that is fun hike to reach.

Spacious and modern room with a sea view, everything has been renovated recently. Huge shower and double sink bathroom. Owner was very nice and available, she was able to get us a last minute reservation to the very good restaurant next door. Nice pool area where you can buy beer or water. This place is absolutely gorgeous and the room and view was an absolute dream. All of the staff were extremely kind and having breakfast delivered to your room is amazing!
This is a new hotel so there are some small missing things that could be added like hooks out an outside folding clothes hangar since the Suites have pools and there wasn’t really a spot to hang bathing suits to dry other than the chairs.

Mylopotias is full of partying young people and there is a nightclub just down the road from where we stayed so we could hear the thumping music. We didn't mind, but it did mean that from 10pm we wouldn't sit on the balcony.
Great beach, stylish restaurants esp. the sushi, not overcrowded. We kept different times vs the young crowd which meant that the beach was nearly empty in the morning and started to fill up at 2pm is. They were fun when they arrived.

The beach, mini market and restaurants were a long way from the apartments we were staying at. It was very touristy and geared up for the youth who want to party. Pay sun beds and umbrellas on the beach were expensive. Good selection of water sports in the ocean.

Far Out Club is loud for a few hours at night but dies down before 10 ish in July. It is lovely in the daytime and one place rents cabanas with 1 side plexiglas very reasonably priced. Four of us shared one. More days at the beach would have been better - wish I had skipped Athens.

The room was very nice and the location excellent in front of the beach, just to cross the road. The host, Mrs Irini was very nice and helpful. Prepared our breakfast every day and also small meals whenever needed. We really loved the place and will visit it soon again. Highly recommended.
My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights, and we enjoyed it very much.
The hotel is very well located, with a bus stop, restaurants and a beautiful sandy beach right across the street.
We enjoyed all the facility had to offer; a great variety of food, big and clean pool, great bar and super fun parties (Music stopped at midnight, which was pretty convenient). Also, the owner and staff were wonderful and super friendly.
The cabin we got was minimalistic, which is what we wanted. It would get a little too hot during the day, but bearable.
Amongst the first guests after opening in May 2022, we were spoiled by all the staff. Extremly friendly and accomodating to us, we felt like being part of a family and not just guests. The rooms are beautifully designed and furnished, we got an upgrade to a room with private pool even... The beach Mylopotas is right infront of the hotel resort, with comfortable lounges, parasols and service at the beach. Rental car and water sports activities right next to the hotel; bus stop infront of the hotel - so what better location can you get.
Brand new extremely spacious apartment finished to a very high standard, modern decor, utterly quiet location (no noise whatsoever) stunning view overlooking Mylopotas beach given its location on the hillside. Very regular cheap (1.60 euro) and reliable bus service to and from the beach and main town every 20 minutes, stopping in front of the accommodation so no need to walk anywhere should you wish ! Large terrace. Very friendly , kind and helpful host. Could not recommend highly enough.
beautiful clean, super spacious room with two terraces and couches. the breakfast was plentiful, the pools were immaculate and the service was wonderful. we stayed just two nights as part of a longer honeymoon and it was such a relaxing part of the trip. would gladly have stayed longer. there are several restaurants nearby and the beach is very private. transport to and from the port was easy through the hotel. highly recommend for a relaxing trip to ios!

excellent location. walk a minute to the beautiful Mylopotas beach. Several restaurants all in the area and also a market. you can find a scooter rental close by and water tours and water equipment rentals too. Plus we were picked up and dropped off at the port by the owner. And last but not least, the owners were very friendly and the breakfast was filling and delicious.
The hotel has a perfect location, right in the beginning of the beautiful Mylopotas beach. They provided free transfers to/from the port, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable with an albeit small, but nice little balcony (and could see the water). Really good value for money, and staff was welcoming, service-minded and extremely helpful.
this is one of the best location for a hotel in ios. such an energized but tranquility at the same time. close to one of the best beach and all party locations. downtown is a bus away. ohh the balconies… and the view. you need to see it. wind clears your soul. everybody and Rena are super positive and helpfull all the time.
The hotel was right on the beach and it was also right next to the bus stop that can bring you in town. The hotel was located at a 5 min walk to many good restaurants and FatOut Beach Club. The pool was also very refreshing after a day at the beach. The staff was very nice. They even arranged pick up for us at the port.

The properties location was perfect! A 2 minute walk down to the beautiful Mylopotas beach and the bus stop which takes you into town (Chora) all day until midnight. The pool at the property was insanely nice and not busy and the room was good.
The Reception staff is helpful with things like luggage storage and local vehicle hire. The location is also quite good, being a a 5-minute walk from above Mylopotas Beach.
