The season ended a week before I arrived on Tuesday 13/09/2022. Some cafe's were closed already.
Some cafe's were still open, which was good, and the beach was not busy which was even better...
The village main street was all open so I had everything I needed within walking distance.
20 minutes by car, The Corinth Canal Visitor center is worth a 30 minutes stop on the way to Korinthos. Or drop down to Isthmia to catch a boat trip through the canal.

Located in a quiet place along the shore, slightly off the crowded center of Tolos (which can be rather "animated" at night during peak season), but still at walking distance.
For the rooms with balcony, the view on the sea (Argolic Gulf) is priceless. The beach is across the road.
Small private car park at the back of the hotel ; otherwise, parking facilities on the street in front of the hotel.
For the rest, the description of the hotel is accurate.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, especially owing to the fact that the Guest Relations Manager, Areti Prentza and her colleague Aphrodite were very kind and always ready to help regarding any porblem we encountered. Moreover, the hotel was up-to-date, the breakfast was always fresh and delicious. We even received some gifts the first and last day of our stay.
The service they offered on the beach lived up to my expectations as well.
The Staff was just amazing. The dining room is amazing (not similar to anything else in Europe).
Areti, marry Lou and their staff was helpful with any request we had during our stay. The view, the beach was super clean and nice and they arrange free SUP for the hotel guests..
There is a great view of the sea and the sound of the waves at night was a lullaby.

The hotel is a kilometer or so out of town so void of general people noise.
They gave us a great store for our bikes.
